The Clinial Observation On Effects By Different Frequencies Of Electro-acupuncture For Empirical Type Of Cervicogenic Headache

Research objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on Empirical type of Cervicogenic Headache by different frequencies of electro-acupuncture. And through the before and after treatment the comparison of the symptoms score of traditional Chinese medicine, discussed the different frequencies in the local area "reinforcing-reducing" role.Research Methods:62cases according to the TCM-Dialectical patients were randomly divided into high-frequency group and low-frequency group. High-frequency group according to conventional acupoints to be routine acupuncture, electrical acupuncture on the frequency of90Hz, the needle for30minutes daily acupuncture,5times as a course of two days rest after a course of treatment, the treatment of a total of four course of treatment. Acupoints and treatment of low-frequency group and treatment group, electro-acupuncture treatment frequency of5Hz.Results:①Two groups clinical efficacy compare:the clinical efficacy of two group have significant differences (P<0.05), high-frequency group is more superior than low-frequency group; And high-frequency group clinical cure total effective rate was93.55%, the low frequency of70.97%. It has a significant difference (P<0.05by the statistical analysis, it means that the Efficacy of high-frequency power for Empirical type headache with empirical cervicogenic is better than the low-frequency electro-acupuncture.②Two groups comparative before and after the VAS scores and pain index:Before treatment, VAS scores and pain scores showed no significant difference (P>0.05) between the two groups, it shows that two group have a comparability. After treatment, There were significant differences (P<0.05) on the VAS scores and pain index.it means that the high-frequency power for the empirical type cervicogenic headache clinical analgesic effect than low-frequency electro-acupuncture.③Two groups comparative before and after the TCM symptoms score:Before treatment, TCM symptoms score showed no significant difference (P>0.05) between the two groups, it shows that two group have a comparability. After treatment, There were significant differences (P<0.05) on the TCM symptoms score.it means that the high-frequency power for the empirical type cervicogenic headache clinical analgesic effect than low-frequency electro-acupuncture.Conclusion:The high-frequency electro-acupuncture treatment empirical type Cervicogenic headache clinical analgesic effect than low-frequency electro-acupuncture, high-frequency electro-acupuncture has a significant role in reducing method, and better than the low-frequency electro-acupuncture.
