| Objective: It's on the basic of principle by promoting qi to activate blood and dredging collaterals to study the clinical effect by activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals of acupuncture and moxibustion on Qi and blood stasis type in menstrual migraine.It provides a new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of the disease,and makes some contribution for the treatment of clinical disease acupuncture.Methods: According to the stochastic principle,60 patients(from the University of Chinese Traditional Medicine in Guangxi)with Menstrual headache of Qi and blood stasis type were chosen.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,that each group has 30 cases.The observation group adopts acupuncture with mild moxibustion methods,select bai hui,yin tang,guan yuan,and the double sides of the tai yang,he gu,gui lai,zu san li,san yin jiao,tai chong,at the same time with mild moxibustion guan yuan and san yin jiao.The control group method is with oral Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsule.Both groups were treated one time a day,6 times a course.The two groups were treated with three courses.After the end of treatment,both group will be interviewed for 3 months,then compared two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment of headache and headache symptom scores and efficient.Results: By researching the clinical observation of the treatment in acupuncture method of activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals and oral western medicine of menstrual migraine :1.Through the comparison the PRI score index,VAS score index,and the comprehensive score index of headaches before treatment and after treatment between observation group and the control group,we found that after treatment three score index of two groups of patients were significantly lower than before(P<0.05).It explains that acupuncture and western medicine are both effective.In addition,comparison of two groups of three score index after treatment,we discovered the difference in emotion was not significant(P>0.05),but the rest scores of the observation group are higher than oral western medicine control group(P<0.05).It explains that treatment effect than the control group,control group.2.The clinical total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,79.31% of control group.The experiment proves that the treatment of acupuncture method of activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals in menstrual migraine was obviously higher than that the control group(P<0.05).3.Through the follow-up interviews,we noticed the the recurrence rate of observation group by acupuncture method of activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals was 10.71%,and the control group was 60.87%.It proves that this research through the acupuncture method of activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals is more effective than the control group.It's worth popularizing in clinical widely.Conclusion: The therapy by promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction with acupuncture method and oral western medicine for the treatment of qi and blood stasis type of menstrual migraine have curative effect.Although the difference of two groups in emotion was not significant,but on the whole,the effect of observation group is obviously better than control group,as well as in improving the time,frequency,and feeling of the headache.Therefore,this study,based on the clinical commonly used acupuncture points,get good curative effect by promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction as the principle to treat the headache.It can effectively improve the quality of the patient's quality of life and work.Promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction with acupuncture treatment of menstrual migraine is a practical and effective treatment method.It is worth further research and clinical promotion. |
