Purpose:This topic mainly focuses on the pathogeny and pathogenesis of menstrual headache,and it is classified as "pre menstrual tension syndrome" by western medicine.The treatment group and the control group were treated with the self-made Tong Qiao Zhitong decoction and the acupuncture treatment and the individual oral self-designed Tong Zhi Tong Tong Decoction in the treatment of the premenstrual headache caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis.The total integral of headache and the total score of TCM symptoms were observed and the difference of clinical curative effect was observed.The treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is a more effective treatment method,and provides data support for its clinical application.Method: 72 cases of premenstrual headache of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were selected and divided into 36 cases(oral self-made Tong Qiao Zhitong soup combined with in vitro acupuncture treatment)and 36 cases of control group(individual oral self-made Tong Zhi Tong Tong Decoction)according to the outpatient number.The improvement of headache symptoms before and after treatment of the two groups was observed and compared.The curative effect is determined.Result:(1)there was no difference between the treatment group and the control group on the age,the number of headache,the degree of headache,the duration of headache,the total score of the headache,the total score of the TCM syndrome,and the statistical analysis could be carried out.(2)in the treatment group and the control group,the number of headache attacks,the degree of headache pain,the duration of headache,the total score of headache,and the total score of TCM syndrome were p < 0.05,there were statistical significance.(3)the cure rate of the total integral treatment group with headache and headache was 30.6%,the total effective rate was 88.9%,the cure rate of thecontrol group was 13.9%,the total effective rate was 77.8%,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(4)the cure rate was 27.8%,the total effective rate was 91.7%,the cure rate of the control group was 16.7%,the total effective rate was 80.6%,and the statistical significance was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment group and the control group can obtain better curative effect in clinical,but the self-designed Tong Qiao Zhitong soup combined with acupuncture treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome has a more significant effect on headache.
