Objective:This topic adopts Tongqiaohuoxue soup by addition and subtraction and acupuncture in the treatment of menstrual headache of qi-stagnancy blood stasis type, observes both the differences in clinical curative effect and the recurrence rate, explores the mechanism and finally seeks for more effective treatment methods, at the same time, providing data support for the clinical application and spread. Methods:This research took advantage of randomized controlled research methods, collecting a total of 96 patients in the standard from October 2013 to December 2013 in the second affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of TCM gynecology clinics. And then 32 cases were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group, similarly, acupuncture group 32 cases and 32 cases of western medicine group. Huoxue decoction soup was given to Chinese medicine group for treatment; Acupuncture group was given the first combination of body acupuncture needle for acupuncture treatment; The western medicine group was given western medicine sibeline. We observed and recorded the scores of TCM symptoms and the total scores of headache from three groups of patients before treatment and through cure one, cure two, three, and follow-up after thetreatment,at the same time, observed and recorded all the situations of hemorrheology before treatment and cure three.Results:l.The total effective rates from pain scores of three groups were 93.55%、86.67%、80.00%, there being no significant difference,P> 0.05; The cure rates were 38.71%、33.33%、26.76%, similarly, there was no significant difference,P> 0.05.2. The total effective rates of the efficacy of clinical symptoms from three groups of patients were respectively 96.67%,90.00%,73.33%. Significant difference existed between traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,P<0.05,however,there was no significant difference between Chinese traditional medicine group and acupuncture group,P>0.05, also between acupuncture group and western medicine group. The cure rates from traditional Chinese medicine group, acupuncture group and western medicine group are 38.71%,33.33%, and 10.00%. Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group were better than western medicine group, there being a significant difference, P<0.05, but by comparison, no significant difference didn’t exist between the traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group, P> 0.05.3.Three groups of patients with TCM syndrome were obviously improved, and all had more significant difference than before the treatment, P<0.01, In addition, Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group were better than western medicine group, with significant difference,P<0.01; between traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group, there was no significant difference,P> 0.05.4. The headache status from three groups:after the first treatment course, three groups improved pain obviously, and there was a significant difference, P<0.01; By comparison, acupuncture group and western medicine group were better than Chinese medicine group with significant difference, P<0.01,while there was no significant difference between acupuncture group and western medicine group, P> 0.05. After the second treatment course, there was no significant difference,P> 0.05, in three groups. After the third treatment course, pain symptoms in Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group had more significant improvement compared to western medicine group, there was significant difference among three groups,P<0.05. So conclusions can be drawn according to the dynamic process of the pain points available during the three courses from the above table:early in the line of headache, the pain can be eased immediately, taking on a significant treatment effect of acupuncture. Its efficacy was similar to western medicine; until the end of three treatment courses, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment are better than western medicine group.5. Blood viscosity 200 (1/S), the viscosity of 30 (1/S), the viscosity of 3 (1/S), plasma viscosity (Mpa.s) and erythrocyte aggregation index number of three groups of patients compared to before treatment were significantly lower with significant difference,P<0.05. About erythrocyte aggregation index, Chinese medicine and western medicine acupuncture group were superior to the other groups with significant differences,P<0.05, no signify-cant difference,P>0.05,existed acupuncture group and western medicine group, After the Comparison of the remaining four ndicators finding the Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group were better than western medicine group, taking on a significant difference,P<0.05, However, here was no significant difference,P> 0.05, between the Medicines and acupuncture group,6.According to 3 months’follow-up, the recurrence rates from the Chinese medicine group, the acupuncture group and western medicine group were 10.34 percent,37.04% and 61.54% respectively. There currence rate from the Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than the acupuncture group and western medicine group, showing a significant difference,P<0.05; Comparing with acupuncture group, the western medicine group showed no significant difference,P> 0.05.Conclusions:1. In terms of the treatment of this disease, the Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group are better than western medicine group, having obvious advantages,2. The Chinese medicine group has improved the line of headache syndromes and lowered the recurrence rate, having obvious advantage-compared the acupuncture group.3. Chinese medicine modified Tongqiaohuoxue is effective, safe and sustainable in treating blood stasis type menstrual headache, showing lowrecurrence rate and having great clinical value.
