Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Premenstrual Headache(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) With Xuefuzhuyu Capsule Combined With Acupoint Application

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of premenstrual headache caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis,to broaden the application of traditional Chinese medicine in premenstrual headache,and to lay a foundation for the treatment of headache.Methods: A total of 72 patients with clinical qi stagnation and blood stasis type were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Xuefuzhuyu capsule and oral administration.The control group was treated with Xuefuzhuyu capsule,To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in both groups to assess the efficacy.Results: The clinical observation showed that the total effective rate was 86.1% in 36 patients in the treatment group.The cure rate was 19.4%,the effective rate was 33.3%,the effective rate was 33.3% and the inefficiency rate was 33.3%.In the control group,36 patients Efficiency 72.2%,of which the cure rate of 2.8%,markedly effective rate of19.4%,50% efficiency,efficiency 27.8%.(P <0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: The treatment regimen selected by the treatment group and the control group can achieve good curative effect in clinic.However,the effect of Xuefuzhuyu capsule combined with acupoint application on the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is more significant.
