Clinical Observation Of Wuweixiaodu Decoction In Treating Excessiv Subsidence Of Damp Toxin Caused By Ureaplasma Urealyticum

Objective:This experiment observes the clinical efficacy of Five disinfection drink plus or minus combined with Western medicine doxycycline hydrochloride in the treatment of ureaplasma infection caused by damp toxin accumulation in excess of the band,and to explore the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine and Western medicine alone for the treatment of Ureaplasma urealyticum There are too many clinical efficacy differences caused by infection,and a more effective clinical treatment plan is sought.Methods:Collected 60 patients with ureaplasma urealyticum-positive disease(the TCM syndrome type is damp-toxin accumulation type),and the grouping method was randomized controlled trial grouping method.The treatment group was treated with 30 patients in the control group and the control group received oral doxyl hydrochloride Cyclin treatment,the treatment group added traditional Chinese medicine Wuwei Disinfecting Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients started treatment on the day of treatment,(if there is a conflict with menstruation,wait until the menstruation is clean for 3 days),And observe and record the patients(various observation indicators)before treatment,7 days after treatment and 3 months after treatment.To evaluate the total effective rate of the two groups of treatment methods,the improvement of TCM symptom scores,the improvement of secretion cleanliness,the rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum and the recurrence of the disease,to evaluate and analyze the safety of medications in patients.Results:The addition and subtraction of Wuwei Xiaoduyin combined with the western medicine doxycycline hydrochloride can improve the clinical symptoms of excessive damp toxin accumulation caused by Ureaplasma urealyticum infection,and has a good clinical effect.(1)Comparison of total effective rate:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33%.The total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The effective rate of the two groups of patients was compared,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05)(2)Syndrome score comparison:intra-group comparison showed that the scores of the two groups of patients decreased before and after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.01);comparison between groups:the score improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of the negative status of Ureaplasma Ureaplasma:the total negative conversion rate of the treatment group was 96.67%;the total negative conversion rate of the control group was 80.00%.There was a statistically significant difference in the negative conversion rate between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)(4)Comparison of recurrence:the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 6.90%;the recurrence rate of the control group was 33.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05)Conclusion:The addition and subtraction of the traditional Chinese medicine Wuwei Xiaoduyin combined with the western medicine doxycycline hydrochloride has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of excessive damp toxin accumulation caused by Ureaplasma urealyticum infection.It effectively solves the uncomfortable symptoms caused by infectious bacteria and reduces the recurrence rate.It has a good long-term effect,it can be further clinically applied and promoted.
