| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of self-made experience prescription Qingjie decoction combined with western medicine doxycycline hydrochloride in the treatment of cervicitis caused by Ureaplasma Urealyticum(TCM syndrome differentiation is damp-heat betting syndrome),in order to explore a better treatment scheme.Methods: Sixty patients with Ureaplasma Urealyticum positive cervicitis(TCM syndrome differentiation as damp-heat betting type)were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,and there were 29 actual completed cases in each group.The control group was given the oral dose of doxycycline hydrochloride tablets,and the treatment group was treated with self-made experience prescription Qingjie decoction on the basis of the regimen in the control group.The patients in both groups were treated for 14 days.The patients were observed and recorded before treatment and 1 week and 3 months after withdrawal.The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software to evaluate the total effective rate,the change of TCM symptom score,and the change of vaginal discharge cleanliness,and the mycoplasma negative rate and recurrence,adverse reactions.Results:(1)After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10% and the effective rate of the control group was62.07%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)The score of TCM symptom before treatment was 17.59±5.08 in the treatment group and 2.83 ± 4.05 after treatment,while that in the control group was 17.03 ± 3.57 and 6.97 ± 2.83 respectively before and after treatment.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P< 0.01).(3)The scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were statistically analyzed after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(4)The cleanliness of vaginal secretions in the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in the cleanliness of vaginal secretions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(6)14 days after treatment,1 cases of Mycoplasma positive were found in the treatment group,and the negative rate was 96.55%(28/29).In the control group,8 cases were positive for Mycoplasma,and the negative rate was 72.41%(21/29).The negative rate of Mycoplasma in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05).(7)14 days during treatment,in the treatment group,1 case had adverse reaction(3.45%)and 10cases(34.48%)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(8)After the first treatment(1 week after withdrawal),28 patients in the treatment group turned negative,and 2 people relapsed three months after withdrawal,the recurrence rate was 7.14%.The control group had 25 cases of negative conversion,and 9 people relapsed three months after withdrawal,the recurrence rate was 36%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The Self-made experience Qingjie decoction combined with western medicine doxycycline hydrochloride tablets can effectively treat cervicitis caused by Ureaplasma Urealyticum.It can not only significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also improve the vaginal discharge cleanliness of patients.The negative rate of Ureaplasma Urealyticum was increased and the long term recurrence rate was decreased.In the course of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions is very low,and it is safe and worth of spreading. |
