Clinical Observation By The Electronic Twister In The Acute Phase Of Nervous Tinnitus

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electronic twister in the acute phase of nervous tinnitus.Method: Sixty patients with nervous tinnitus in the acute phase were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.When it comes to the therapeutic acupuncture points,we selected Baihui(GV20),bilateral vertigo-auditory region as scalp acupoints;Ermen(TE21),Tinggong(SI19),Tinghui(GB2),Yifeng(TE17)of the affected area and bilateral Fengchi(GB20),Gongxue,Taixi(KI3),Zhongzhu(TE3),Xiaxi(GB43)were chosen as body acupoint.The control group was treated with Electro-Nape needle plus periauricular electro-acupuncture,while based on that condition,the treatment group was treated with electronic twister.After 14 days of treatment,we observed the changes in the tinnitus severity scale,visual analogue scale(VAS)as well as the tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)before and after treatment in the two groups,then calculated,analyzed and compared the clinical effects of the two groups.All data were recorded,and statistically analyzed with SPSS 26.0 software.Result:1.The intra-group comparison indicates,there was no significant difference in gender,affected side,duration of disease course of disease,age,the tinnitus severity scale scores,VAS scores and THI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The tinnitus severity scale scores,VAS scores and THI scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The differences of the tinnitus severity scale scores between the two groups before and after treatment were extremely significant(P<0.01),which indicates that the outcome of treatment group was better than the control group.In addition,the comparison between two group indicates VAS scores as well as THI scores in the two groups after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).And treatment group obtained a better outcome than control group.3.The total effective rate of the treatment group(electronic twister combined with electroacupuncture)was 93.3%,and the control group(pure electroacupuncture)was 83.3%.After the rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the outcome of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:1.Both electronic twister combined with electroacupuncture and pure electroacupuncture can effectively treat the patients who are in the acute phase of nervous tinnitus,and these treatments are able to alleviate tinnitus symptoms,relieve anxiety,depression and other adverse psychological states of patients,as well as boost the quality of daily life such as sleep,work and study.2.Electronic twister combined with electroacupuncture is obviously better than electroacupuncture alone.
