As a country with a large population,China's medical development is an issue that concerns the whole people.The development of public hospitals these years could not meet people's increasingly extensive needs for medical services,while private hospitals and specialized hospitals could be a supplement and provide excellent medical services.The private ophthalmic hospital A is a developing small-medium sized hospital.Each stage of operation and development of the enterprise needs proper employees as support,so the enterprise could develop rapidly and steadily.However,in recent years,the development of the hospital A is hampered by such problems as personnel shortage,low-quality personnel and unreasonable personnel structure.The key to solving these problems is to establish the efficient recruitment system that meets the actual development needs of the hospital.Through the improved recruitment system,meet the needs of the enterprise for talents,enhance the talents' level of competitiveness and change unreasonable personnel structure in order to promote rapid development of the enterprise.Through the questionnaire survey among all employees in the private ophthalmic hospital A and statistical analysis,this paper makes analysis on the enterprise's current recruitment system from the aspects of the stages of recruitment preparation,implementation and evaluation.On the basis of clarifying the improvement principles of the recruitment system,and in combination with related theories of the recruitment system,this paper puts forward specific optimum solution against problems existing in above three stages.To ensure the smooth implementation of the optimum solution for the recruitment system,this paper discusses the safeguard measures took by the enterprise in terms of the recruitment concept,basic management of human sources,and the enterprise culture and so on.
