Research On The Drug Rule Of Professor Liu Songjiang In The Treatment Of Primary Liver Cancer Based On Data Mining

Object i ve:To analyze the drug use of primary liver cancer patients who were treated by Professor Liu Songjiang,and summarize the rules of treatment and the characteristics of the prescriptions,and provide new ideas for the treatment of primary liver cancer.This paper summarizes Professor Liu Songj iang’s academic thoughts and characteristics of medication in order to promote his study better.Methods:From January 1,2015 to January 1,2019,we visited Professor Liu outpatient clinic,recorded the qualified patient information and entered the given excel template,and used the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform(V3.0 version)to make statistics.Click the "general information" module to get the statistical results of the patient’s gender,age and first diagnosis symptoms.In the "drug use mode" and "association rules" module,the results of drug frequency,sexual taste,drug category,prescription rule and so on can be obtained.The association rules of drugs can be obtained by setting the confidence and the number of support.On the basis of above,click the "network topology" button,and analyze the k-means algorithm and regression model,and cluster to get the core combination of primary liver cancer treatment.Results:202 cases were included in this study,140 males and 62 females.The majority of the patients were 51-70 years old,accounting for 68.81%.The first diagnosis symptoms of the patients were more frequent in this study,including:fatigue,abdominal distension,stupidity,stress pain,stomachache,jaundice,emaciation,swelling of lower limbs,difficulty in urination and so on.Professor Liu Songjiang used the most cold drugs in the treatment of primary liver cancer,with the frequency of 1996,accounting for 34.90%;followed by warm drugs and peaceful drugs,with the frequency of 172 5 and 1295,accounting for 30.16%and 22.64%respectively,accounting for 87.7%,indicating that Professor Liu mainly used cold drugs,warm drugs and mild drugs in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Among the five flavors,sweet and bitter herbs were the main ones,with 2664 and 25 92 times respectively.The drugs used by Professor Liu Songjiang in the treatment of primary liver cancer mainly focused on liver meridian and spleen meridian,2371 times and 2257 times respectively.Among the drug categories,tonifying deficiency drugs were most frequently used,with a frequency of 1490 times,followed by diuretic and dampness removing drugs,with a total of 886 times,and promoting blood circulation and removing stasis drugs 690 times,accounting for 53.60%.The use frequency of the three drugs was more than half.It can be seen that Professor Liu mainly used tonifying deficiency,diuretic and dampness removing,and promoting blood circulation and removing stasis in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Association rule analysis found that the most common drug combinations included Poria cocos Atractylodes macrocephala turtle shell,bupl eurum Radix Paeoniae Alba,Hedy oti s diffusa Scutellaria,hawthorn and chicken kidney.After the algorithm mining and analysis,it is found that the core prescription contains 14 drugs,and the number of tonic drugs is the most.Conclusion:1.Professor Liu thinks that the main pathogenesis of primary liver cancer is deficiency of the body,imbalance of viscera,imbalance of yin and Yang,evil Qi taking advantage of the opportunity,qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,heat and toxin under the threat.2.Professor Liu thinks that primary liver cancer should be treated by stages,paying attention to the concept of prevention before disease,prevention of disease and transformation,paying attention to the regulation of yin and yang balance,invigorating the spleen and stomach,combining attack and tonic,tonifying the healthy qi,taking into account the elimination of pathogenic factors,and keeping the vitality when driving out pathogenic factors.3.Professor Liu Songjiang mainly used tonifying deficiency drugs,diuretic and dampness removing drugs,and blood activating and stasis removing drugs in the treatment of primary liver cancer.He used more cold drugs,warm drugs and mild drugs.The taste of drugs was sweet and bitter,and mostly belonged to the liver and spleen meridians.The core prescription for the treatment of primary liver cancer is:Poria cocos-Atractylodes Rhizoma-Curcuma-Biejia-Baiying-Hedyotisdiffusa-Banzhilian-Bupleurum-Paeoniae-toosendan-yanhusuo-Schisandra-jiaoshanzha-Jineijin.
