Research On The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions For Breast Cancer Treatment Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System And Data Mining

Objective:Based on the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)",to analyze the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for treating breast cancer in literature,sort out and explore the medication rule and new prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for treating breast cancer,so as to provide the reference for medication compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine for treating breast cancer.Methods:Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)prescriptions for the treatment of breast cancer in literatures published from 1990 to 2019 were collected,and those conforming to the standards were screened out strictly according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of the literatures.Through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS),the frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis and other methods were adopted to analyze the "four nature of drugs",five flavors,channel tropism,frequency,drug pair combination and core combination of prescription in breast cancer prescription,and finally to find out the potential new prescription.Results:1.A total of 314 Chinese medicines were used in 209 prescriptions,and the total frequency of drug use was 2986 times.The total frequency of "four nature of drugs" was 2986 times,among them,the most frequent thermotropic drugs was 1020(34.16%).The total frequency of five flavors was 4822 times,of which the most was sweet 1993(41.33%).The total frequency of channel tropism was 7678 times,and the liver meridian and spleen meridian drugs were the most frequently attributed,which were 1502 times(19.56%)and 1500 times(19.54%),respectively.2.The frequency statistics of all traditional Chinese medicines were conducted,and the drugs with a frequency of more than 20 times had 45 herbs.The top 15 traditional Chinese medicines were poria cocos,atractylodes atractylodes,astragalus,licorice,angelica,radix paeoniae,bupleurum rhizome,coix seed,wolfberry fruit,radix pseudostellariae,rhizoma zedoary and Chinese yam.3.Based on frequency statistics,there were 52 drug pairs with frequency greater than 30,and the frequency of drug pairs was ranked from high to low.The first 5 groups were "atractylodes atractylodes,tuckahoe","atractylodes,astragalus","tuckahoe,astragalus","atractylodes,angelica","angelica,tuckahoe".Based on association rules,according to the degree of confidence,the first 3 combinations are“licorice root,rhizoma atractylodis,radix paeoniae alba,angelica root->tuckahoe","atractylodis alba,radix angelica root->tuckahoe","atractylodes,radix alba root,radix angelica root->tuckahoe".4.Based on cluster analysis,38 core combinations were excavated,and the representative 5 groups were"Rhizoma ligustici wallichii-malt-yam";"Coix seed-radix pseudostellariae-ganoderma lucidum";"Fructus aurantii-Rhizoma ligustici wallichii-radix paeoniae alba";"Paris polyphylla-pleione bulbocodioides-hive";"cat's paw grass-schisandra-nightshade"5.There are 19 new prescriptions,the representative 5 of which are "ligusticum chuanxiong,malt,yam,alisma,peony peel,rehmannia glutinosa and dogwood";"Coix seed,radix pseudostellariae,ganoderma lucidum,licorice,radix ophiopogonis";"Fructus aurantii,ligusticum chuanxiong,white peony,cornus officinalis,Chinese yam";"Paris polyphylla,pleione bulbocodioides,beehives,prunella";"Cat's paw grass,schisandra,nightshade,floating wheat,rose".Conclusion:The data mining method based on association rules and cluster analysis is suitable for the mining,analysis and summary of the law of TCM prescription using through the TCMISS.The high frequency single Chinese medicine,high frequency drug pairs,potential Chinese medicine combinations and new prescriptions obtained from mining can be appropriately referred in clinical diagnosis and treatment on the basis of complying with the principle of Chinese medicine use and dialectical basis.
