Research On The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation Based On Data Minin

Purpose:Looking for the medication rule of TCM treatment with Functional constipation(FC)based on data mining technology,to summarize professor Yu Yongduo’s experience in clinical treatment of FC,by comparing the two conclusions,new ideas of TCM treatment of FC are further explored.Materials and Methods:A paper:Relevant literatures published on CNKI from January 2011 to January 2021 were collected and investigated,the inclusion and exclusion criteria of literature were formulated,prescriptions were screened,and TCM names and prescription syndrome types were standardized,through filling data and cleaning data,the TCM TREATMENT FC special case database was established,and the TCM Inheritance Assistance platform(V3.0)was used for data mining,based on frequency statistics,drug statistics,cluster analysis and other data analysis methods,the frequency,efficacy,four qi,five flavors,meridian return and prescription compatibility of TCM treatment of FC were analyzed,and the analysis results were displayed.The second paper: Clinical prescriptions of Professor Yu Yongduo for the treatme nt of FC from June 2020 to June 2021 were collected,the same method was used to summarize the medication rule.Results:A paper:357 prescriptions were included and the most common syndromes were found to be qi deficiency mystery,qi stagnation mystery and Yin deficiency mystery.Drug use atractylodes atractylodes,Angelica,licorice,Aurantii trifoliata,hemp;To warm,cold,sweet,bitter;The spleen meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian;The main functions are tonifying deficiency,regulating qi and purging.Common compatibility is "Atractylodes atractylodes-Angelica,Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes atractylodes-glycyrrhiza",etc.The core drug combinations of "Atractylodes atractylodes-Glycyrrhiza-Angelica-Astragalus-Immaturus aurantii-Fructus aurantii" and "rehmannia glutinosa-Angelica-glycyrrhiza-Radix scrophulariae-Atractylodes atractylodes aurantii" were discovered in the cluster analysis.The second paper:60 prescriptions were included,among which the most common syndromes were qi deficiency mystery,qi stagnation mystery and Yin deficiency mystery;Commonly used Bupleurum,Dangshen,Angelica,hemp seed;To warm,cold,sweet,bitter;Main spleen,stomach,lung meridian;The main functions are tonifying deficiency,purging and regulating qi.In drug association,"Codonopsis pilosula-Bupleurum,Angelica pilosula-Bupleurum,Tangerine bark-Bupleurum" had greater correlation.Cluster analysis found the core drug combinations "Codonopsis pilosula-Angelica-glycyrrhiza-Atractylodes atractylodes","Bupleurum-Poncirus aurantii-Tangerine peel-Cohosh".Conclusion:Modern doctors are good at the overall thinking in the diagnosis and treatment of FC,focusing on the treatment principle of "invigorating qi and invigorating spleen,regulating qi and moistening intestine",as appropriate,with heat-clearing and yin-nourishing products;In the treatment of FC,Professor Yu Yongduo takes "invigorating qi and invigorating spleen,soothing liver and moistening intestines,activating blood circulation and removing stasis" as the main treatment principle.After comparison,the two conclusions are mutually confirmed and complementary,which can provide further guidance for clinical practice.
