Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform To Explore The Drug-syndrome Law Of Modern Hunan Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Stroke

Objective: By using the method of literature,this paper collects and collates the medical records of stroke in Modern Huxiang famous Chinese medicine(Master of traditional Chinese mediciner,National famous traditional Chinese medicine,The 1st ～ 6th batch of national famous veteran traditional Chinese medicine,The 1st ～ 6th batch of national experts in traditional Chinese medicine academic experience inheritance instructor and heir,The 1st ～ 4th batch of famous traditional Chinese medicine in Hunan Provinc,The doctoral supervisor of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine)from January 31,1979 to December 31,2020.This paper analyzes and discusses the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and medication in the diagnosis and treatment of stroke in modern Huxiang famous Chinese medicine,and explores and summarizes the medication rules of modern Hunan famous traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke.To provide reference for modern doctors in the treatment of stroke.Methods: Manually search the books and materials of Hunan Library,the Library of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine and the affiliated Hospital Library of Hunan Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine,and combine the electronic resources such as VIP Chinese periodical database,China knowledge Network,Wanfang database,Pub Med and Duxiu to collect and sort out the medical records related to stroke in modern Hunan famous traditional Chinese medicine.Standardize the data and establish the database of medical records.The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform V3.0 is used to analyze and data mining the database to explore the syndrome differentiation characteristics and medication rules of modern Huxiang famous Chinese medicine in the treatment of apoplexy.Results:1.From the modern Huxiang name of traditional Chinese medicine,there are 47 TCM doctors related to stroke and 195 related literatures,and120 medical records that meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria are selected(The medical records of apoplexy are mainly in the convalescent stage and sequela stage,and less in the acute stage.).2.Common symptoms and tongue and pulse : The main symptoms are hemiplegia,astringent speech,limb numbness,dizziness,limb weakness,constipation,headache,salivation,hemiplegia,squabbling,fatigue and so on.Most of the tongue images are red,light and dark,and most of the tongue images are white,thin,yellow,greasy,thin,red and white,red and yellow,red and greasy,and so on.The pulse is mostly fine,chord,slippery,sinking,and the number of pulses,and chord veinlets,sinking veinlets,fine and weak veins are more common.3.Pathogenesis,principles and methods of treatment : The com mo n pathogenesis are cerebral collateral stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,wind-phlegm,qi deficiency and blood stasis,liver yang transforming wind,yin deficiency and wind movement.The main treatment principles are promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals,relieving wind and dredging collaterals,replenishing qi and activating blood circulation,calming the liver and latent yang,and nourishing the liver.4.Medication : High frequency drug : Dilong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Radix Astragali,Pueraria lobata,Radix Puerariae,safflower,Gastrodia,Pinellia ternata,Angelica sinensis.Four nature of drugs : Warm,cold and mild drugs are the main drugs,while cool drugs and hot drugs are less used.Five flavors : Bitter medicine was used most frequently,followed by sweet,pungent,salty and sour.Meridian tropism : Mainly liver,spleen,heart,lung,stomach,kidney.Drug efficacy : the frequency of drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is the highest,followed by calming the liver and relieving wind,tonifying deficiency,clearing heat and dispelling wind and dampness.Association rules : by using the " Drug Analysis " module of traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Computing platform V3.0,the support degree is 25 and the confidence level is 0.8,and the prescription rules of 15 kinds of drugs are obtained.The most reliable drug combinations are Ligusticum chuanxiong,Scorpion and Dilong,Dilong,Jixueteng and Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Pueraria lobata and Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Radix Puerariae and Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Safflower and Dilong,Pueraria and Salvia miltiorrhiza.Cluster analysis : using the " cluster analysis " function of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform V3.0(the combination of k-means algorithm and regression model),the number of clusters was set to 6,and the core combinations of 6kinds of drugs were obtained.Conclusion:1.Modern Huxiang famous Chinese medicine understanding of stroke : the disease is located in the brain and collaterals,closely related to the liver,kidney and spleen;the main pathological factors are deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis and Wind.2.The characteristics of stroke diagnosis and treatment of Modern Huxiang famous Chinese medicine are as follows :(1)attach importance to liver,kidney and spleen,especially liver;(2)attach importance to promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,like to use insects and rattan drugs;(3)pay attention to tonifying deficiency and softening products;(4)attach importance to the combination of cold and temperature,the same tone of qi and blood,and peaceful use of medicine;(5)Emphasize the thought of checks and balances and attach importance to the balance of yin and yang.
