Study On The Laws Of Yunnan Ethnic Medicine In Preventing And Treating Hepatic Cirrhosis Based On Data Mining

Objective: On the basis of collecting and sorting out the single prescription of Yunnan ethnic medicine for the treatment of liver cirrhosis,through data mining,to analyze and summarize the prescription medication rules and medication characteristics of Yunnan ethnic medicine for the treatment of liver cirrhosis,so as to provide theoretical and scientific basis for guiding clinical medication and the development and research of new ethnic medicine drugs.Methods: Using the research method of literature research combined with field investigation,the single prescription of Yunnan ethnic medicine for prevention and treatment of liver cirrhosis was collected,standardized and sorted out,and the single prescription database was established.Using the software of "Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform",the medication frequency,medication mode,prescription rule,new prescription mining and other medication rules were analyzed for the single prescription,while the medication rule data mining based on "syndrome-prescription-medicine" of traditional Chinese medicine was carried out.Results:1.A total of 306 single prescriptions for prevention and treatment of liver cirrhosis by Yunnan ethnic medicine were collected and recorded,involving 16 ethnic groups,and 452 kinds of medicines were used.The single prescription has various dosage forms,mainly including decoction,powder,powder,paste,pill,syrup,etc.Statistics of drug four properties and five flavors and meridian tropism show that cold and warm drugs are used most frequently,accounting for 42% and 29% respectively,followed by mild drugs(16%)and cold drugs(12%).Bitter,sweetish taste and pungent drugs were used most frequently,accounting for 42%,27% and 22%respectively.Liver meridian and spleen meridian have the highest frequency of drug use.2.Statistics on the frequency of drugs used in single prescription show that the top 10 drugs for liver cirrhosis are Ezhu、Jianghuang、Danshen、Fuling、Huzhang、Chonglou、Tianjihuang、Baizhu、Huangqi、Biejia.According to the classification andstatistics of disease names,there are 203 single prescriptions involving the treatment of Zhengji and 369 kinds of drugs.There are 138 single prescriptions for the treatment of Guzhang,and 304 kinds of drugs are used,respectively counting high-frequency ethnic drugs.3.In the analysis of "prescription rules",set the "number of support" to 6 and the "confidence" to 0.7.After analyzing the single prescription for treating Zhengji,27 medication patterns and 5 association rules are obtained.After analyzing the single prescription for treating Guzhang,18 medication patterns and 4 association rules were obtained.4.In the "new prescription analysis",set the "correlation degree" to 6 and the "punishment degree" to 2,and carry out the new prescription analysis based on entropy clustering on the single prescription for the treatment of Zhengji to obtain 22 drug core combinations and further obtain 11 new prescriptions.After analyzing the single prescription for the treatment of Guzhang,10 core drug combinations were obtained,and 5 new prescriptions were further obtained.5.In the data mining based on "syndrome-prescription-medicine",according to the classification of syndrome types,the single prescription for treating Zhengji is divided into 85 cases of stagnated blood lock collaterals syndrome,61 cases of damp heat retention,22 cases of water-dampness blocking collaterals,18 cases of liver-qi stagnation,13 cases of Syndrome of Liver-Yin deficiency,and 4 cases of spleen-kidney yang deficiency.The single prescription for the treatment of Guzhang is divided into 66 syndromes of damp-heat and water retention,29 syndromes of blood stasis and water retention,30 syndromes of spleen deficiency and water retention,5 syndromes of qi stagnation and water retention,7 syndromes of spleen and kidney yang deficiency and 2 syndromes of liver and kidney yin deficiency and water retention.And the frequency of drug use,prescription rule analysis and new prescription analysis and mining were carried out respectively.Conclusion:1.Yunnan ethnic groups have rich experience in the use of drugs for the prevention and treatment of liver cirrhosis,with ethnic characteristics.There are manytypes and wide distribution of drugs used,with cold,warm and bitter,sweetish taste and pungent drugs as the main drugs,and decoction and powder as the main dosage forms.2.High-frequency drugs: The high-frequency ethnic drugs for the treatment of Zhengji include Huzhangcao,Tianjihuang,Shidagonglao,Guochangye,Yexiazhu,Qingyedan,Guoluhuang.High-frequency folk medicines for treating Guzhang include Hamaye,Mabiancao,Yelugugen,Tianluo,Xianglingcao,Lougu,Shidagonglao,etc.3.Prescription rule: The drug combination with the highest frequency is "Danshen,Ezhu",followed by "Sanleng,Ezhu","Baizhu,Fuling".The common national drug combination is "Jianghuang,Yexiazhu","Ezhu,Shidagonglao","Baijiangcao,Huzhangcao";The drug association rule with the highest confidence level is "Sableng-> Ezhu"(confidence level is 0.91).The drug combination with the highest frequency is "Fuling,Zexie",followed by "Fuling,Dafupi","Baizhu,Fuling",and the common national drug combination is "Baihuasheshecao,Hamaye","Mabiancao,Huzhang","Huzhang,Tianjihuang";The drug association rule with the highest confidence level is "Fuling,Dafupi-> Zexie"(confidence level is 0.75).4.Excavating new prescription: new prescription for treating Zhengji: Paoshanjia_Chuanxiong_Longdancao_Tianjihuang_Yujin;Qingyedan_Wujiehuanggen_Mawei Huanglian_Daxueteng;Yujin_Muxiang_Shidagonglao_Santaihonghua.Guzhang: Qingyedan_Shidagonglao_Cangzhu_MaweiHuanglian_Huangteng;Ezhu_Guochangye_Santiaojin_Hongtang;Fuling_Zexie_Dafupi_Yelugugen_Xianglingcao.
