The Clinical Effect Of Spasticity Of Hindlimb After Ischemic Stroke By Stimulating Huatuojiaji Point With Different Frequency Of Electroacupuncture

Objective: This subject takes patients with limb spasticity after ischemic stroke as the research object,observes whether the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture stimulation of Huatuo Jiaji acupoints for the treatment of such diseases is the same through randomized controlled trials,and further explores its theoretical mechanism,To investigate the clinical parameters and clinical norms of electroacupuncture at Huatuo Jiaji points.Methods: 60 patients with ischemic stroke post-limb spasticity were selected as the research subjects among the inpatients who were admitted to the Department of Cerebral Diseases of the Third Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to December 2019,and each patient met Case screening criteria.Randomly divide it into 5 cases,30 Hz and 60 Hz groups,20 cases each.Under the premise of encephalopathy basic treatment,the electric acupuncture frequency of 5Hz,30 Hz,60Hz was used to stimulate Huatuo Jiaji acupoint,the current intensity was 1.5m A.1 time / day,needle retention for 30 minutes,6 times / week,4 weeks 1 course,after 2 course of treatment,the efficacy comparison was performed.The efficacy was reflected in the modified Ashworth scale,Fugl-Meyer scale,clinical spasticity index(CSI),stroke patients Posture Control Scale(PASS)and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score levels.Results:(1)The total clinical efficacy of three groups of treatment methods: 5 cases in the 5 Hz group,13 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90%;30 Hz group were markedly effective in 6 cases,11 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90%;In the 60 Hz group,14 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,and 0 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 100%.It shows that the curative effect of the 60 Hz group is better than that of the other two groups,and there is no significant difference between the curative effect of the 30 Hz group and the 5Hz group.(2)The modified Ashworth,Fugl-Meyer and clinical spasticity index(CSI)scores of the three groups of patients were statistically significant compared with those of the same group before treatment(P <0.05): the three groups of modified Ashworth scores after 2 courses of treatment All scores were significantly reduced.The scores in the 60 Hz group were lower than those in the 5 Hz group and the 30 Hz group.There was no significant difference between the 5 Hz group and the 30 Hz group;the Fugl-Meyer scores of the three groups were significantly increased(P <0.05).(P <0.05),the score of the 30 Hz group was higher than the 5Hz group(P <0.05);the CSI scores of the three groups were significantly decreased(P <0.05),the score of the 60 Hz group was lower than the 5Hz group and the 30 Hz group(P <0.05),the 30 Hz group The score was not significantly different from that in the 5 Hz group(P> 0.05);the scores of postural control scale(PASS)and Berg balance scale(BBS)of stroke patients were statistically significant compared with those in the same group before treatment(P <0.05)After 2 courses of treatment,the PASS and BBS scores were significantly increased(P <0.05).The score in the 60 Hz group was higher than the 5Hz group and the 30 Hz group(P <0.05).The score in the 30 Hz group was higher than the 5Hz group(P <0.05);the course of treatment There were no adverse reactions in.Conclusion: Electroacupuncture stimulation of Huatuo Jiaji acupoints is effective in treating limb spasm after ischemic stroke.And different frequency electroacupuncture has different effects on spasm relief.The 60 Hz group has stronger spasm relief and balance enhancement than the 5Hz group and 30 Hz group.The 30 Hz group has stronger balance enhancement than the 5Hz group.It has not been confirmed that the 30 Hz group has better spasticity relief than 5Hz group.
