Purpose:By combining Wax observe the clinical efficacy of needle eye ofischemic stroke patients treated with limb spasticity, analyze eye needle andwax treatment combining ischemic stroke patients with limb spasticity TCMsymptoms, spasticity, motor function and activities of daily living explore theeffect of eye acupuncture therapy, paraffin treatment of ischemic stroke, limbspasms theoretical basis and the importance of their combination providesremarkable efficacy of treatment options for patients with ischemic stroke, limbspasticity.Method:Afullyrandomizedcontrolledmethod,60patientswithischemicstrokespasticity patients met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups:observation group (eye pin+wax treatment group) and control group (waxtreatment group). Both groups were routinely given in accordance with theDepartment of Neurology and Rehabilitation symptomatic and supportive treatment, wax treatment on the basis of the observation group therapy, plus eye acupuncture, select bilateral liver, kidney area, the focus area, the next focus area carriedout the main points treatment; wax therapy control group were to receivetreatment. All patients were treated once daily treatment five times a week, four weeks for a course. Two groups of patients before and after treatment weregraded using TCM symptoms quantization table, Modified Ashworth Scale, simplified Fugl-Meyer scale and improved motor function Barthel Index scoresheet assessment TCM symptoms, limb spasticity, motor function and activitiesof daily living.Results:1In traditional Chinese medicine syndrome classification quantitative score, the observation group, the total effective rate was83.33%, in the control group, the total efficiency of60.00%, the total efficiency of the observation groupwas significantly higher, with a significant difference (P <0.05);2On the Modified Ashworth Scale assessment, the observation group, the totalefficiency rate was90.00%, in the control group, the total efficiency of63.33%,the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher, witha significant difference (P <0.05);3In the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score, the two groups of patientswith post-treatment and pre-treatment difference was significant (P <0.01andP <0.05), and the observation group than the control group, the differencebetween the two groups significant (P <0.01);4In the Modified Barthel Index score, the two groups of patients withpost-treatment and pre-treatment difference was significant (P <0.01), and theobservation group than the control group, the difference between the two groupswas significant (P <0.01);Conclusion:1Eye acupuncture combined with better than paraffin wax treatment groups interms of improving the efficacy of TCM syndrome, can effectively help patientsimprove syndromes, syndromes promote recovery;2Eye acupuncture combined with wax treatment efficacy in alleviating limbspasticity aspects better than wax treatment group, can effectively helppatients relieve limb spasticity;3Eye acupuncture combined with paraffin wax treatment group was better thanin terms of improvement in motor function, can promote the recovery of theaffected limb motor function;4Eyes better than acupuncture combined with paraffin wax treatment group inimproving activities of daily living, can help patients improve daily livingand quality of life, accelerate the process of rehabilitation;...
