| ObjectiveThe study aims to explore the clinical significance and safety of back acupoint pricking and cupping combined with therapy of acupuncture in the treatment of acne of moist and heat in stomach and large intestine patients,providing more favorable and simple methods for clinical of acne and establish base for more acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods60 cases of acne of moist and heat in stomach and large intestine patients were randomized into treatment group and matched group,each consistenting of 30 person.The patients with stab winding per cytem of feishu,geshu,weishu,dachangshu and pain place on every side combined with therapy of acupuneture of hegu,quchi,neiting,zusanli,fenglong,sibai etc as main acupuncture point as the treatment group,the patients with only therapy of aeupuneture of hegu,quchi,neiting,zusanli,fenglong,sibai etc as main acupoint as the matched group.The both groups were cured for 8 weeks,after that,evaluating two methods clinical effectiveness and coming to a conclusion.ResultsBaseline data of the two groups before treatment are comparable(P>0.05)by chi-square test and t test.Skin lesion after treatment of the two sets compared with prior treatment,the distinction was statistically significant(P<0.01),the distinction between skin lesion after treatment of the two sets was statistically significant(P<0.01).the distinction of the efective scale of the two sets was statistically significant(P<0.01).Suggest the two methods both have good effective and the overall effective in back acupoint pricking and cupping group than the only therapy of aeupuneture group treating acne of moist and heat in stomach and large intestine patients.There are no significant adverse effects of the two groups.ConclusionBack acupoint pricking and cupping combined with therapy of acupuncture in the treatment of acne of moist and heat in stomach and large intestine patients can obvious reduce skin lesion,the overall comprehensive effect than the simplicity acupuncture group and operated easily,without toxic and side effect,following better clinical effect. |
