Clinical Observation On Rukangshuiwan In The Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands With Different TCM Constitutions

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of Rukangshuiwan on patients with mammary hyperplasia of liver stagnation and cuspidor.To evaluate the effectiveness of Rukangshuiwan in treating patients with mammary hyperplasia with different TCM constitutions of liver stagnation and cuspidor.Methods:Collected patients with liver depression and phlegm coagulation type breast hyperplasia who were admitted to the surgical clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to January 202 1.The general demographics of the patients were recorded,and the patients were divided into nine groups according to the physical fitness classification and judgment self-test form of Chinese medicine.All patients took the medicine Rukangshuiwan produced by the preparation room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongj iang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.40 capsules/time,orally three times a day.A course of treatment for 3 weeks,3 consecutive courses of treatment.Ob serve the patient’s pain,lumps,and the improvement of both syndromes.Results:1.The average age of 80 patients with liver-stagnation and phlegm-condensation type breast hyperplasia was 37.89 years old,and they liked a greasy,spicy,strong-tasting diet(65.0%).The average menstrual period is 5.900 days;the average menstrual cycle is 28.113 days;the average number of abortions is 0.488;the average number of births is 0.838.The majority of people are married(68.8)and those with a history of breastfeeding(62.5%).Patients with a family history of breast cancer are rare,accounting for only 10%.The physique type of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands is qi-stagnation(2 8.8%),the second most is Qi-deficiency(20.0%),and then peace(16.3%).2.Compared with before treatment,the scores of pain,lumps,and concurrent syndromes all decreased significantly after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,11 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 13.8%;64 cases were effective,accounting for 80.8%;the total effective rate was 93.8%.4.Rukang shui wan have certain curative effects on people of different physiques(Z=16.549,P=0.035),and the curative effect of Qi stagnation and phlegm dampness is the best.Conclusions:1.Rukang shui wan is effective for patients with liver-stagnation and phlegm-coagulation-type breast hyperplasia.It can significantly relieve the symptoms of breast pain and fullness of the flank,improve the patient’s mood,and reduce the breast mass without adverse reactions.2.Rukangshuiwan have certain curative effects on patients with liver-stagnation and phlegm-condensation type mammary gland hyperplasia of different constitutions,and the curative effect of Qi stagnation and phlegm dampness is the best.
