Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Chaishao Rupi Heji For Liver-qi Stagnation And Phlegm Stagnation Type Of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia Patients

Objective To explore the effect and safety of Chaishao Rupi Heji on breast pain,breast mass size,hardness,range and concomitant symptoms in patients of hepatocellular carcinoma with hyperplasia of liver-qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type.Method 60 patients with liver-qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type of mammary gland hyperplasia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(30 cases).The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Treatment group:to give Chaishao Rupi Heji(Yinchuan City Hospital of Chinese medicine preparation center temporary processing),a 100 ml,2 times a day.The control group:given oral Rupixiao tablets,each 6,3 times a day.Test medication time: medication from the end of menstruation after the end of the first 2 days,menstrual period to stop medication for 1 week,1 month treatment for a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.Results 1.The treatment group and the control group after treatment of clinical efficacy are different.The treatment group in the total efficiency,cure rate and significant efficiency,than the Rupixiao tablets high,indicating that Chaishao Rupi Heji treatment effect is better than the rapeutic effect of Rupixiao tablets.2.In the treatment of breast pain,breast mass hardness,with the improvement of symptoms the two groups were more different after treatment,P<0.05,that is,Chaishao Rupi Heji treat-ment of breast pain,breast mass hardness,accompanied by improved symptoms is better than milk addiction consumers.3.In the treatment of breast mass size and range,the two groups after treatment was no difference;that Chaishao Rupi Heji and Rupixiao tablets treatment of breast mass size and breast mass range are effective.Conclusion 1.Chaishao Rupi Heji treatment of liver-qi stagnation and phlegm sta gnation type of breast hyperplasia overall efficacy is better than Rupixiao tablets.Chaishao Rupi Heji can significantly relieve or reduce,or even eliminate the patient’s breastpain;the breast lumps become smaller and soft,or even disappear.2.In the treatment of breast pain,breast mass hardness,accompanied by symptoms,Chaishao Rupi Heji treatment effect is better than Rupixiao tablets;and in the treatment of breast mass size and range,Chaishao Rupi Heji and Rupixiao no differences are valid.3.Chaishao Rupi Heji in the clinical treatment of breast hyperplasia use of safety,no adverse reactions.
