Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Package In The Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Qi Stagnation In Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland

Objectives To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with applying traditional Chinese medicine hot package for treatment of hyperlasia of mammary glands of stagnation liver&qi type and to provide a better treatment for clinical treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland.Methods From February to December 2019,105 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands of stagnation of liver&qi were randomly divided into three groups,there are 35 cases in each group.The group in which the patients were treated by acupuncture combined with applying traditional Chinese medicine is the trail group,the group in which the patients were treated by routine acupuncture treatment is the control group1,the group in which the patients were treated by applying traditional Chinese medicine is the control group2.After 3 ten-day courses of continuous treatment,the changes of visual analogue score,mastalgia degree score,breast color ultrasound image,accompanying symptom score and clinical effect were recorded.Results 1.Therapeutic effect evaluation of three groups : the total effective rate in the trial group is 97%;the total effective rate in the control group1 is 73.5%;the total effective rate in the control 2group is 75.0%;the trail group is superior to the control group 1 and 2,and the superiority is obvious(P<0.05).2.the VAS of three groups : after treatment,the trial group is stronger than the control groups,and the superiority is obvious(P<0.05),which illustrates that acupuncture combined with applying Chinese medicine hot package was more effective on relieving pain.3.Contrast among three groups in mastalgia degree score : after treatment,the trial group is superior to the control group 1 and 2,and the superiority is obvious(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with applying Chinese medicine hot package is better than that of conventional acupuncture or applying traditional Chinese medicine hot package.4.Comparison of mass hardness score in three groups : after treatment,there is no obvious difference among the three groups(P>0.05).5.Three groups of mass distribution range integral contrast : after treatment,the descender of the trial group is lager than the control group 1 and 2,the superiority is significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of acupuncture combined with applying Chinese medicine hot package on reducing the range of mass is significantly better.6.Comparison of the breast mass size : after treatment,the difference between the trial group and the control group 1 and 2,is significant(P<0.05),which indicates that the effect of acupuncture combined with applying Chinese medicine hot package on the reduction of mass is better than that of conventional acupuncture or applying traditional Chinese medicine hot package treatment.7.Contrast among three groups in concomitant symptom score : the concomitant symptoms of the patients in the trail group was less than the control group 1 and 2,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),which indicates that the effect of acupuncture combined with applying traditional Chinese medicine hot package on relieving bad symptoms was significantly better than that of conventional acupuncture or applying traditional Chinese medicine hot package.8.Comparison of glandular section thickness among the patients in three groups : the score of the trail group varied more than that of the control group 1 and 2,the difference is significant(P<0.05),showing that the effect of acupuncture combined with applying traditional Chinese medicine hot package on reducing gland thickness is significantly better than that of conventional acupuncture or applying traditional Chinese medicine hot package.9.Comparison of the diameter of the mammary duct : the mammary duct diameter of the patients in the trail group is more closer to normal value than the control group 1 and 2,the superiority is significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The results of the study show that the acupuncture or applying traditional Chinese medicine hot package can take effect in treating the stagnation liver&qi type of hyperplasia of mammary gland,but the acupuncture combined with applying traditional Chinese medicine can get better results.Figure 0;Table11;Reference 107...
