| Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of three-phase TCM syndrome differentiation medication combined with manual restorative splint external fixation in the treatment of osteoporotic Colles fractures.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with osteoporotic Colles fractures in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Emergency Reduction Room and First Limb Orthopedic Ward of Tianjin Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into a test group of 32 cases and a control group of 28 cases.Both groups were used The three-phase differentiation of TCM orthopedics is divided into the systemic treatment of osteoporosis and fractures with medicines in the initial,middle and late stages.After the fracture was restored by finger cuff suspension traction and traditional Chinese medicine,the test group was externally fixed with splints,and the control group was externally fixed with plaster.After the fracture healed,the external fixation was removed at the appropriate time.Record and count the bone mineral density before treatment and 11 weeks after the three-phase medication,all patients before and immediately after treatment,two-week re-examination,four-week re-examination,and two weeks after the removal of external fixation of the two groups of patients’ palm inclination,ulnar deflection and Radius height,pain visual analog score,fracture healing time,wrist function score measurement,and incidence of complications.The SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistics and analysis of the data,and the statistical differences between the two treatment plans were compared.Results:Comparative analysis results of baseline data: There was no statistical difference in age,gender,bone density,VAS score,fracture type of the two groups of patients,and they were comparable.Results of comparative analysis of bone mineral density: Bone in the test group after the three-phase syndrome differentiation and medication Density value:-1.96±0.25,control group:-1.97±0.19,the comparison within the group before and after treatment is statistically significant;the comparison of bone mineral density between the groups after the completion of the three-phase syndrome differentiation medication is not statistically significant;the comparison analysis result of palm inclination: two groups The comparison between the patients before treatment and two weeks after removal of fixation,two weeks after treatment,four weeks,and two weeks after removal of fixation,the comparison between the groups was p<0.05,which was statistically significant;the results of the comparative analysis of the ulnar deflection: Before treatment and two weeks after removal of fixation,the statistical value of the comparison within the group was p<0.05,both of which were statistically significant;two weeks after treatment,four weeks,and two weeks after removal of fixation,the comparison between the groups was p>0.05,which was not statistically significant;radius height Analysis: Two weeks after the fixation was removed,the experimental group was: 1.33±0.28,the control group: 1.36±0.27,the comparison between groups was p>0.05,which was not statistically significant;the fracture healing time(weeks):the experimental group was: 11.81 ± 4.91,the control The group is: 12.89 ± 3.32,the comparison result between groups is p>0.05,which is not statistically significant;the wrist Gartland and Werley function scores,the excellent and good rate of the test group: 93.75%,the excellent and good rate of the control group: 71.43%,there is a comparison between the groups Statistical significance;the complication rate between groups was p>0.05,which was not statistically significant;the results of the comparative analysis of pain visual analogue scores: two weeks after treatment,the comparison of VAS scores between groups in the test group was p<0.05,two weeks after removal of fixation,between groups The statistical result was p<0.05;before treatment and two weeks after removal of fixation,the comparison of VAS score within the group: p<0.05 in the test group and p<0.05 in the control group,both of which are statistically significant;but the comparison between the two groups after four weeks of treatment is p >0.05,no statistical significance;Conclusion:The treatment of osteoporotic Colles fractures with three-phase TCM combined with manual restoration and splint external fixation has a significant effect on the improvement of osteoporosis.The fracture site has been very effectively reduced and fixed,and the patient’s function recovery is good..In summary,the treatment of osteoporotic Colles fractures with three-phase TCM medicine combined with manual restoration and splint external fixation has a good therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
