| Objective: Manual reduction splint external fixation and external fixation bracket ofthe clinical effect of Colles fracture.Method: This topic research cases from shandong province hospital orthopaedicoutpatient service, emergency treatment and ward since March2012to December2013during treatment of40patients with Colles fracture, is divided into two treatment groups,each group20cases, manual reduction were used respectively to splint external fixationand treatment of external fixator and fixed observation for3months, respectively beforeand after treatment for3days,15days,30days,60days and90days.The evaluation offracture healing time, X ray film (including palm Angle, foot Angle, radial length) andwrist joint function recovery of contrast and analysis of the two methods of treatment.Result: Two groups of patients by imaging examination showed fracture healing,fracture healing time of splint group respectively (9.70+/-0.44weeks), external fixatorgroup (9.90+/-0.52weeks);8weeks after treatment, follow-up palm Angle of splintgroup respectively (7.64+/-0.41°) and external fixator group (9.96+/-1.10°), footAngle respectively splint group (13.34+/-0.65°) and external fixator group (19.72+/-0.82°), the radial length of splint group respectively (6.39+/-1.22mm), external fixatorgroup (9.08+/-0.70mm), wrist joint anatomical evaluation was splint group and45.00%,respectively, the external fixator group90.00%, wrist joint function assessment to splintgroup70.00%,33.33%; external fixator group The last follow-up, wrist joint functionassessment was splint group and85.00%, respectively, the external fixator group95.00%.Conclusion:For treating senile Colles fracture, external fixator in palm Angle, therecovery of foot Angle and radial length of splint external fixation, but from the fracture healing time, fracture healing in the last two wrist there was no significant difference in thefinal function recovery. |
