| Objective:observe the treatment of JieGuNing Capsule to the Colles fracture in orderto investigate the healing of the fracture mechanism and provide Treatment basis for theclinical.Methods:50cases chosen according to the adoption standards are randomly dividedinto two groups(experimental group and control group), all patients undergo manualreduction and immobilize by plaster casts at slightly palmar flexion， then givenJieGuNing Capsule or JieGuPian. pain disappeared time and swelling rate are scored;Ca,ALP levels are tested at7th，14th,21th，35thday after operation;X-ray examination aremade at14th,21th,35thafter operation in order to discuss the healing of the fracture.All dataare analyzed statistically.Results:the experi mental group in the pain disappearance time and swelling rateafter operation is better alleviatethan the control group (p <0.05);Ca、ALP text showthat the experimental group is more significant than the control group on the Ca、ALPadjustment(p <0.05);the X-ray examination revealed that experimental group isbetter than the control group from the spiritual formation rate and bone healing (p <0.05).Conclusion: JieGuNing Capsule can reduce pain, promote swelling rate, adjusteCa,ALP levels，and promote osteoblast activity and deposition of inorganicsalts，accelerate callus formation rate and the healing of the fracture. |
