Modified Prescription Of Pinellia Atractylodes Tianma Decoction On The Mutual Formation Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Clinical Study On H Type Hypertension

Purpose:Apply Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction to treat patients with phlegm and blood stasis type H hypertension.Through comparison before and after treatment,observe the effects of classical formula on the blood pressure,homocysteine,and blood homocysteine.Hemorheology indicators and the influence of TCM symptoms.Research method: Randomly divide 60 patients qualified for inclusion and exclusion into 2 groups of 1 treatment group with 30 patients and 1 comparison group with 30 patients by computer programs,and number them with Arabic numerals.Adopt western medicines for both groups in basic treatment,and use the modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment group.Observe the clinical efficacy and safety after 8 weeks of treatment.Research result: According to the experiment and research,compared with the conditions before treatment,the two groups of patients after treatment have obvious opposite changes in the average systolic and diastolic blood pressure,the blood homocysteine(HCY)level,and the TCM syndrome scores,and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Furthermore,compared with the comparison group,patients in the treatment group have more improvement in lowering the average systolic and diastolic blood pressure,the blood homocysteine(HCY)level,and the TCM syndrome score,and the difference between them has statistical significance(P<0.05).For the treatment group,the difference in hemorheology indexes before and after treatment has statistical significance(P<0.05),while the hemorheology indexes before and after treatment have no obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The modified classical formula can effectively reduce the average systolic blood pressure as well as the average diastolic blood pressure of patients suffering from H-type hypertension caused by phlegm-blood stasis.2.The modified classical formula can obviously lower the blood homocysteine of patients suffering from H-type hypertension caused by phlegm-blood stasis.3.The modified classical formula can distinctly reduce the whole blood viscosity(1),whole blood viscosity(200),and plasma viscosity of patients suffering from H-type hypertension caused by phlegm-blood stasis.Moreover,effects of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction are remarkably better than those of western medicine therapy.4.The modified classical formula can lower the blood pressure and simultaneously help the patients better in TCM syndrome,especially in dizziness,chest tightness,vomiting,and tingling.The classical formula in this study has good safety.
