Clinical Research Of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction And Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Essential Hypertension With Phlegm And Blood Stasis Transresistance Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction in treating essential hypertension of phlegm and blood stasis type.Method:According to the principle of random grouping,60 eligible patients with essential hypertension of phlegm and blood stasis type were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive therapy only,while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction(composed of Pinellia ternata,Gastrodia elata,Atractylodes macrocephala,Citrus peel,Poria cocos,Fructus Aurantii,Paeonia lactiflora,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Peach kernel,Safflower,Tulip,Acorus calamus,etc.)for 2 weeks.We objectively evaluate the changes of therapeutic and safety indicators in the two groups before and after treatment..Results:1.Changes of blood pressure levels in two groups:After treatment,blood pressure levels in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and blood pressure levels in treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).2.Antihypertensive effect:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and that of the control group was 76.67%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.Change of TCM syndromes integral:After treatment,TCM syndromes integral of two groups of patients were lower than before(P<0.05),and TCM intervention group decreased TCM syndromes integral more significantly(P<0.05).4.Curative effect of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total eff-ective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 76.67%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Cha:nges of blood lipid level:After treatment,cholesterol,triglyceride and LDL-C in the treatment group were all lower than before(all P<0.05).After treatment,HDL-C in the treatment group increased slightly,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-C and HDL-C in the control group before and after treatment(all P>0.05).6.Changes of blood r-heological level:After treatment,the whole blood viscosity(1),whole blood viscosity(200),plasma viscosity in the treatment group were all lower than before(all P<0.05);the whole blood viscosity(1),whole blood viscosity(200),plasma viscosity in the control group were not significantly different before and after treatment(all P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of routine hypotension of Western medicine,the treatment of EH syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis by adding and subtracting Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction can not only effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients,alleviate their clinical symptoms and signs,but also better improve the blood lipid and hemorrheology of patients with good safety.
