Clinical Observation Of Xinjia Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction In Treating Hypertension (Phlegmand Blood Stasis Interlinked Type)

Objective:To observe the effect of Xinjia Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the clinical symptoms and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure of patients with hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis),and to evaluate its effectiveness and safetyMethods:In this study,40～65 years old patients with hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis type)in the outpatient department of the Second Cardiovascular Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research object.A total of 42 cases were selected,and 40 cases were completed.40 patients underwent self-control study before and after treatment,and the treatment period was 4 weeks.Record the changes of TCM syndrome efficacy,TCM syndrome score,blood pressure efficacy,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and safety indicators,and use SPSS22.0 statistical software to analyze the resultsResult:1.The efficacy of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes is 87.50%;the total score after treatment is significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.0 1)2.Blood pressure curative effect:the total effective rate of lowering blood pressure is 82.50%;ambulatory blood pressure indicators:24-hour average systolic blood pressure(24h SBP),24-hour average diastolic blood pressure(24h DBP),daytime average systolic blood pressure(d SBP),daytime average diastolic blood pressure(d DBP),night average systolic blood pressure(n SBP),night average diastolic blood pressure(n DBP),morning peak blood pressure were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.01);SBP night blood pressure drop rate,The rate of DBP night blood pressure decrease was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the systolic pressure trough-to-peak ratio,diastolic pressure trough-to-peak ratio,systolic blood pressure smoothing index,and diastolic blood pressure smoothing index were compared with those before treatment The ratio both increased significantly,and the difference was significant(P<0.01);there was no significant change in the arteriosclerosis index(P>0.05)3.Blood pressure efficacyConclusion:1.Xinjia Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis)2.The new addition of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction can reduce the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients with hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis type),improve the circadian rhythm of blood pressure,the change of morning peak,increase the ratio of valley to peak and smoothness index.
