Objective To observe the effect of Ban xia bai zhu tian ma Decoction on blood pressure and serum homocysteine in patients with H-type hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis type).Methods The clinical observation of 40 patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic,modern medicine diagnosed as H-type hypertension,Chinese medicine diagnosed as vertigo phlegm and blood stasis type,to patients with Banxiabaizhu Tianma Decoction addition and subtraction,The treatment time was 4 weeks,before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome score,blood pressure,serum homocysteine(Hey)changes,using SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis.Result:1.TCM syndromes total score and efficiency:After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in patients decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Blood pressure changes:after treatment,the blood pressure of patients before treatment decreased blood pressure,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Serum homocysteine;serum homocysteine in patients after treatment decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Pinellia Atracty lodes Tianma Decoction can reduce H-type hypertension patients with phlegm and blood stasis type of TCM syndromes total score to improve their TCM syndromes.2.Pinellia Atractylodes Tianma Decoction can reduce blood pressure in patients with phlegm and blood stasis type of H-type hypertension.3.Pinellia Atractylodes Tianma Decoction can reduce the homocysteine levels of H-type hypertension patients with phlegm and blood stasis.
