| ObjectiveThis research adopts "Tongduzhiyu" acupuncture for sleep disorders associated with stroke,through the evaluation of patients before and after the treatment scale and determine the effect of serum levels of 5 – HT and DA,analyze its possible mechanism of action and neural pathways,for acupuncture treatment of stroke related to sleep disorders research idea and clinical validation.MethodsThis study selected 60 patients with SSD,Second Affiliated Hospital Anhui University of Chinese Medicine inpatient and outpatient encephalopathy six hospitalized patients.All the selected patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.according to the routine of nerve internal medicine diagnosis and treatment,to standardize the cerebrovascular disease secondary prevention,control blood pressure,blood sugar,improve blood circulation,cranial nerve nutrition,stable plaques,nutritional support,foundation of acupuncture and other symptomatic treatment of stroke.The control group was given oral esazolam tablets in addition to the basic treatment,and the treatment group was given acupuncture therapy in addition to the treatment of the control group:the acupoint selection: Baihui,Shenting,Shuigou,Yintang,Neiguan,Shenmen,Hegu,Taichong,1 times a day,30 min each time,2 times during the injection,1 week as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.Respectively before and after therapy for patients with Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and Chinese clinical nerve function defect degree of cerebral apoplexy rating scale(CSS)score,routine blood tests before and after therapy,the mainland,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram(ecg),such as safety indicators,to record and safety evaluation of patients with adverse events,and electrochemical tests by high performance liquid detection in patients with serum 5-HT,the change of DA.All count data in this subject are expressed asusing t test,and measurement data using χ2 test.P>0.05 means no statistical significance,there is no significant difference between the two,P<0.05 means statistical significance,there is a significant difference between the two,P<0.01 means statistical significance,the two There is a very significant difference between the comparisons.During the treatment,pay attention to observe,record and analyze the occurrence of clinical adverse events.ResultsBefore treatment,there was no significant difference in PSQI scores between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,PSQI scores of the two groups decreased at the end of the second week of treatment,showing a very significant difference(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Through 4 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups compared with before treatment(P<0.01).Definitely,there were also significant differences between groups(P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the CSS scores between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,at the end of the second week of treatment,the CSS scores of the two groups were decreased,showing a very significant difference(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Definitely,there was also a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in 5-HT level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the level of 5-HT in the two groups at the end of the second week of treatment increased significantly(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the control group and the treatment group(P<0.05).Through 4 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences between the control group and the treatment group compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and there were also significant differences between groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum DA levels between the control group and the treatment group before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum DA levels of the two groups were increased at the end of the second week of treatment(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups((P<0.01).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups((P<0.01),surely,there was also a significant difference between the two groups((P<0.01).Conclusion1."Tongduzhiyu" acupuncture can improve the symptoms of sleep disorders in sequelae stage of stroke patients;2."Tongduzhiyu" acupuncture can improve serum 5-HT and DA levels of patients;3.The mechanism of the treatment of stroke-related sleep disorders with the treatment of "Tongduzhiyu" acupuncture may be realized by regulating the content of 5-HT,DA and other neurotransmitters in the body of patients,thus affecting the sleep-wake cycle.4.The experiment showed that "Tongduzhiyu" acupuncture has a good effect on the treatment of stroke-related sleep disorders,and it is safe,convenient and easy to operate,which is worthy of further study and extensive clinical promotion. |
