| Objective:By observing the effects of "tong du zhi yu" acupuncture on post stroke depression (PSD) patients and the effect of acupuncture in serum in patients with PSD5-hydroxy tryptamine (5-HT), norepinephrine (NE) and brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) of level,to study the efficacy mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of PSD,in order to provide clinical basis for acupuncture treatment of PSD.Methods:The60cases from Second Affiliated Hospital Anhui University of Chinese Medicine inpatient and outpatient PSD were randomly divided into the tong du zhi yu acupuncture group(treatment group), the routine acupuncture group (control group)and the medicine group (control group)of20cases.The above three groups of patients were given conventional treatment and secondary prevention of cerebrovascular disease,to be conducted in patients with stable disease after treatment with modern rehabilitation.the tong tai hong yu acupuncture group choose renzhong、 shenting>yintang、baihui、fengfu、neiguan (double)、shenmeng (double)、hegu (double) and taichong (double). the routine acupuncture group select jianyu、quchi、waiguan、 huantiao、yanglinquan、zusanli、jiexi、kunlun、shierxinxue. These are daily, each time the needle were taken for30min, in the trip pin2times a day for8weeks.Western medicine group was treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules20mg, morning serving Dayton, treatment for8weeks.in the morning of the day before treatment and in the next morning of the end of treatment, three groups were choiced the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), referd "neurology clinical rating scale" to score; using HPLC-electrochemical detection to determine5-HT and NE content in serum;using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to determine BDNF levels in serum. The statistical results were analyzed with Spss for windows17.0analysis package.Results:1AHAMD scores before and after treatment of three groups compared, compared with before treatment, after treatment, HAMD score of three groups were significantly lower (P<0.05); and the HAMD score of the tong du zhi yu acupuncture group after treatment was significantly lower than the routine acupunc-ture group and the western medicine group (P<0.05);comparing the routine acupuncture with group western medicine group, HAMD score difference was not significant (P<0.05).Showed that the three groups of patients could reduce PSD HAMD score of patients and the tong du zhi yu acupuncture group was superior to the routine acupuncture group and the western medicine group.2Compareing to the situation of improved depressive symptoms in three groups.the total effiency,the tong du zhi yu acupuncture group was95.00%, the routine acupuncture group was65.00%, the west-ern medicine group was70.00%. Three groups efficacy was taken through Ridit test,compareing to the tong du zhi yu acupuncture group and the routine acupuncture group,the western medicine group, P <0.05, significant difference; rather the routine acupuncture group and the western medicine group, the difference was not statistically significant (P<0.05).Showed that the tong du zhi yu acupuncture has a significant effectin improving depressive symptoms of PSD, was superior to the conventional acupuncture group and the western medicine group.3Three groups before and after treatment compared NE content in serum. Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the NE levels in serum of the three groups were significantly increased (P<0.05); and after treatment serum NE of the tong du zhi yu acupuncture group was significantly higher than the routine acupuncture group and the western medicine group (P<0.05); the conventional acupuncture group and western medicine group, serum NE concentration difference was not significant (p<0.005).Showed that the tong du zhi yu acupuncture treatment group increased serum NE of content PSD content than the conventional acupuncture group and the western medicine group.4Three groups before and after treatment of compared5-HT content in serum. Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the serum5-HT levels of the three groups were significantly increased (p<0.005);and after treatment the serum5-HT content of the tong du zhi yu acupuncture treatment group was significantly higher than the routine acupuncture group and the western medicine group (p<0.005);the5-HT content in serum of the routine acupuncture group and the western medicine group, the difference was not significant (p<0.005);Showed that the tong du zhi yu acupuncture treatment group increased serum5-HT content of PSD than the conventional acupuncture group and the western medicine group.5Three groups before and after treatment compared BDNF levels in serum.Compared with before treatment, after treatment the serum BDNF levels ofthe three groups were significantly increased (p<0.005).;and after treatment the serum BDNF levels of the tong du zhi yu acupuncture treatment group were significantly higher than the routine acupuncture group and the western medicine group (p<0.005);the serum BDNF levels of the conventional acupuncture group and western medicine group, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Showed that the tong du zhi yu acupuncture treatment group increased serum BDNF levels of PSD than conventional acupuncture group and western medicine group.Conclusion:1The tong du zhi yu acupuncture method has significant curative effect in improving the PSD depressive symptoms;2The tong du zhi yu acupuncture method can obviously increase the5-HT, NE and BDNF levels in serum of PSD patients;3The tong du zhi yu acupuncture method significantly improve symptoms of depression in patients with PSD, the mechanism may be The tong du zhi yu acupuncture method improves the PSD patients serum5-HT, NE and BDNF levels;4The curative effect of PSD patients with the tong du zhi yu acupuncture method is safe and reliable, and the tong du zhi yu acupuncture method has a good application prospect. |
