The Traditional Chinese Medicine Ancient Literature Research On Fuer Xiuliang

Objective:In this research,by combing the ancient literature about Fuer Xiuliang to master the overall outlook of Fuer Xiuliang.Based on the characteristics of Fuer Xiuliang,this research analyzed and summarized the historical evolution of Fuer Xiuliang.Data mining method was used to reveal the characteristics and effects of the Commonly used prescriptions of Fuer Xiuliang.It is expected to provide a reference for the development and modern application of Fuer Xiuliang.Methods:In this study,electronic databases were used to comprehensively search the ancient documents of Xiuliang(before 1911).Firstly,I consulted representative works of different dynasties and postgraduate and doctoral papers related to Xiuliang and recorded synonyms for Xiuliang like Bigu,Jueli,Juegu,Queli,Quegu,Qingchang,Bushi Wugu,Duangu,Kongchang,Qugu,Bushigu,Tinggu,Tingchu,Shiqi etc.The key words were established for further analysis.Secondly,Use the ancient medical books and Chinese medicine think tank database called "Han Tang Diancang" to search.In order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the searched literature,make full use of the database websites such as the Guoxue Master,Daorenjia,Chaoxing Duxiu academic search and other database sites for supplementary search.Then derive the literature,and further screen and sort out the literatures and prescriptions to Fuer that meet the inclusion criteria.Thirdly,based on the collected data,analyze,summarize,and summarize the characteristics of Fuer Xiuliang at six historical development stages of Han,Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties,Sui and Tang,Song Jin and Yuan,Ming and Qing.Finally,on the basis of standardized processing of the data,use access2010 and sas9.4 software to perform frequency statistics on Xiuliang prescriptions,preparation techniques,formulations of Xiuliang prescriptions,and efficacy and indications of Xiuliang prescriptions in the past dynasties.At the same time,it analyzes,summarizes and summarizes the operation methods and precautions of Fuer Xiuliang.Results:(1)This research found a total of 2,170 pieces of ancient documents related to Xiuliang.Among them,the "Han Tang Collection" medical ancient books database has 1,709 items,involving 458 ancient books.The TCM Zhiku medical ancient books database has 461 items,involving 122 ancient books.Combining the search results of the two databases,eliminating data which is duplicated or not related to Fuer Xiuliang data.A total of 546 items of data on Fuer Xiuliang were screened out,involving 122 ancient documents and 261 items of Fuer Xiuliang formula.(2)The dynasties of the literature related to Fuer Xiuliang are distributed as follows: 2 books in Han Dynasty and before,6 pieces of Xiuliang formula;11 books of Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties,37 pieces of Xiuliang formula;12 books of Sui and Tang Dynasties,101 pieces of Xiuliang formula;28 books of Song Jinyuan period,140 pieces of Xiuliang formula;34 Ming Dynasty There are 170 copies of Xiuliang formula;27 in Qing Dynasty,80 pieces of Xiuliang formula;8 books of unknown date and 12 pieces of Xiuliang formula.(3)There are 258 kinds of medicine and food in the Fuer Xiuliang formula.The frequency of use is 1,421 times.Commonly used medicine and food with a frequency of more than 30 include Poria,Turpentine,Sesame,Honey,Hemp Seed,Asparagus,Black Bean,and Date.In terms of the composition of the Xiuliang formula,most of the top 10 in frequency are single formula,and the single formula is mainly composed of sesame,polygonatum,pine resin,pine root,water chestnut,pine nuts,and pine leaves,followed by black beans and hemp seeds.There are 85 kinds of Xiuliang food(including medicine and food with the same source of Chinese medicine),and the frequency of use is 765 times,and the frequency of use is 53.83%.(4)There are various preparation methods for Xiuliang formula,including 50 kinds of pounding,steaming,drying,soaking,boiling,mixing and frying etc.(5)The dosage forms of Xiuliang formula from high to low are: pills,powders,cakes,wines,ointments,and decoctions.Pills,powders and cakes are solid dosage forms,accounting for 89.71%.(6)There are more than 90 kinds of effects of Xiuliang formula,mainly including anti-famine and famine relief,growth into immortality,light body and nourishing qi,and curing diseases.Xiuliang formula can treat internal,external,gynecological,skin,and facial features.(7)The method of taking Xiuliang Recipe is also exquisite.Different Xiuliang formulas take different methods,dosage,taking period,and added excipients.During the Xiuliang period,one must avoid eating,avoid taking too much medicine,and avoid sex.(8)Resumption of diet should be carried out in accordance with certain methods.The main medicine to assist the resumption of the diet are sunflower seeds,pig ointment,Xiaoshi(glauber’s salt),and hemp seeds(hemp seed).During the restoration of diet,one should pay attention to strengthening the spleen and stomach,avoid eating food that has stimulation to the spleen and stomach,not overeating,one should gradually increase the amount of food from less to more.Conclusion:Fuer Xiuliang is an important method of Xiuliang in ancient China.It is recorded in books such as Taoist literature,herbal medicines and prescriptions in the past dynasties.Fuer Xiuliang began in the Han Dynasty and developed in the Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties.It reached its peak in the Sui and Tang Dynasties.It was very mature and stable in the Song Dynasty and beyond.All the books about Fuer Xiuliang in previous dynasties mainly introduced the formula of Xiuliang,and introduced the composition,preparation method and method of taking the formula in detail.There are no monographs specifically discussing the whole process of Fuer Xiuliang.The composition of Xiuliang formulas in the past dynasties is relatively concentrated,with traditional Chinese medicines or foods such as tuckahoe,turpentine,sesame,honey,hemp seed,asparagus,black beans,jujube,etc.as the main medicine and food,and it is safe to take.The medicine and characteristics of Xiuliang formula compiled and excavated methods in the thesis,the operation methods and precautions of Fuer Xiuliang,can provide reference for modern Fuer Xiuliang therapy.
