Defeated Fine Etiology And Related Syndromes Recipe Literature Data Mining Research

Objective:This study is based on the Medical literature of BaiJing,including causes,syndromes,formulas and herbs,combining with Association Rule Mining technology to do systematical research on the axiom of them.Methods:1.Retrivaling keywords:To set keywords including BaiJing,JingBai and other related words such as BaiZhuo,JingZhuo,Spematorrhjea,LinZheng,Chancre and so on.2.The ambit of retrievaling:The occasion is from Name of a dynasty to Now,including Encyclopadia of TCM,CNKI,VIP and other books being collected by library of ChengDu University of TCM.3.The standards to include:①The concept and reasons being caused by BaiJing.②The disease and syndromes being produced by BaiJing,formulas and herbs of treatment.③The clinical case records of BaiJing.4.Dealing datas:To erect database of BaiJing after specification about names of diseases,syndromes,compls,formulas,herbs and so on.5.The analysis of datas:To analyse the factors above by Association Rule Mining technology.Results:We collected 1611 records of 1052 books and 53992 interatures,indicating that the pathogenicity of BaiJing emerged in HuangDiNeiJing first.Then the theory of cause,pathogenicity,formula and herb developed in The Sui Dynasty,The Tang Dynasty,The song Dynasty,Jin Dynasty and Yuan dynasty.Since The Ming Dynasty and Qing dynasty,it had been ripe.And it made known in modern time.Although the factors above are very intricately,we have found the rule as follows:Iternal impairment due to seven emotions is the primary cause of BaiJing.It is related to JingZhuo,Syph,Spermatorrhjea,ZhengJia,Impotentia,LinZheng,Aciesis,Acyesis etc.Caruonephric crsharmony type,Qi-stanancy and blood stasis type,Damp inrasion of lower energizer are essential syndrome types.There are some compls emerging frequently including Containing semen of Urine,Impotence,The pain of the Urethra and the Penis.The formulas and herbs in common use are Zhenzhufen pill,Bixiefenqing power medicine,Liuweidihuang pill,Futu pellet,Tuckahoe,Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Certex Phellodendri.Whatever,the topic of treatment is oppilation about turbid and hematoma.Conclusions:Andropathy often be caused by BaiJing,especial in Urinary system and Gental system.The dreg is Lower energizer.And the disease are very related to Heart,Liver,Spleen,Kidney.The common character of BaiJings'effect is that himatoma caused turbid.The principle of treatment includes regulation function of entrails, removing blood stasis,brooding turbid.
