Academic Thoughts Analysis On Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Xujiang Medicine Doctor Xu Shouren

Objective:Xu Shouren,a modern Xujiang physician,is an important figure in Jiangxi Medical Education from the Republic of China to the early New China.His life story and contribution to traditional Chinese medicine need to be sorted out.This paper focuses on Xu Shouren’s academic thought of blood stasis syndrome from three aspects of academic origin,diagnostic characteristics and clinical experience,so as to inherit and develop Xujiang medicine.Method:1.This article main uses the method of checking monograph law and literature search,collects the relevant literature on the subject systematically.2.Sorting and screening the collected data,as well as carrying on the longitudinal inductive analysis to make it clear.3.This paper focuses on the interpretation of Xu Shouren’s blood stasis syndrome related medical theory and medical cases,and studies the medical works that have a profound impact on it.4.From the perspective of inquiry and inspection,this paper discusses the characteristics of diagnosis,and summarizes clinical experience from clinical medical records.Result:Diagnostic features:(1)pay attention to inspection,yellow complexion,but such as ordinary people,yellowish lip,dark or cyan fingerprints,gingival ecchymosis,blood stasis syndrome.(2)Pay attention to the abnormal behavior at night,such as the person with head up when lying at night,the person with restlessness and waking up when lying at night,which is the unique phenomenon of blood stasis fever.(3)Detailed history,fall flutter,panic,efforts to load,etc.are the causes of blood stasis syndrome.(4)Pay attention to the taste.People who are especially afraid of salty taste are mostly caused by blood stasis.(5)Ask about special fever sites.The fever in the heart,abdomen and palm indicates blood stasis syndrome.Clinical experience:1.Treatment principle: the principle of "blood stasis should not be replenished" is put forward.It is useless to treat blood stasis syndrome as deficiency syndrome.2.Medication features: Based on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,Shengsu Xingqi Huoxue Decoction,it is often combined with lotus root,peach branch,Liangtoujian,jiubaigen,etc.to treat refractory diseases such as fever,cold,Yang contraction,red bump syndrome,lumbago,stomachache,abnormal chills and wind phobia.Influence on later generations: according to their experience,students inherited the treatment of infantile fever,dysmenorrhea and infertility from blood stasis,and extended it to stomachache,anorexia and abnormal sweating.Conclusion:Xu Shouren,a Xujiang physician,had a great influence on the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangxi Province.He devoted his whole life to the cause of medicine and education.His academic thought of blood stasis syndrome is unique,which enriches the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,inherits and develops Xujiang medicine,and has important guiding significance and practical value for clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.
