| Background:Xujiang medicine,originated in Xujiang River Basin and rooted in Ganpo culture,is the most representative medical school in Jiangxi Province.Xujiang River Basin is located in the south bank of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,with superior environment and rich products.In this land with a long history and profound cultural heritage,Xujiang doctor has eight of the top ten famous doctors in Jiangxi Province.Purpose and meaning:Since the new century,with the improvement of science and technology and medical level,the average life expectancy of human beings has been rising.Coupled with the rapid spread of health concepts and medical knowledge in new media,people’s desire for longevity has been virtually aroused.With the emphasis on their own health,the concept of "preventive treatment of disease" in traditional Chinese medicine has been paid more and more attention.Dietotherapy is the most close to life therapy in traditional Chinese medicine,mainly through diet,food to send medicine,or through the combination of medicine and food,to achieve the purpose of treatment or prolong life.The advantages of TCM dietotherapy are obvious: it can effectively relieve the drug force or increase the curative effect;improve the taste and increase the initiative and absorption of taking medicine;in the absence of a certain drug,food can replace drugs with similar functions;it is easy to operate and has strong practicability,and can spread and receive among the people to prevent and treat diseases.Dietotherapy is especially suitable for the old people with weak constitution,the patients with initial recovery of serious illness and the children without drug resistance.There are many contents about dietotherapy in the works of Xu Jiang doctors in Qing Dynasty,but there are few literatures about dietotherapy in Qing Dynasty.The purpose of this paper is to sum up Study on the application of dietetic prescription by Xujiang medicine physicians in Qing Dynasty.Methods:In this paper,Yu Jiayan,Huang Gongxiu,Xie xinghuan,Chen Dangwu and Li duo,five Xu Jiang doctors in Qing Dynasty,are represented.The research objects are based on the "medical law" "Yuyicao" "vital points of pox rash",wiich written by Yu Jiayan;" first edition of medical cases" written by Huang Gongxiu;" Essentials of syndrome and treatment" written by Chen Dangwu;"occasional medical cases" written by Li duo;"Xie yinglu medical cases" written by Xie xinghuan.Based on the list of Chinese herbal medicines with the same origin as medicine and food issued by the National Health Commission,and combined with the list of Chinese herbal medicines that can be used for health food issued by the National Health Commission,this paper studies the application of dietotherapy in the representative works of Xujiang doctors in Qing Dynasty.Results:Based on the statistical analysis of the contents of the above seven books,according to the selection criteria of six therapeutic prescriptions,the clinical classification of each department,the classification statistics of internal medicine,external medicine,gynecology,pediatrics and other items,a total of 167 prescriptions were obtained.Among them,114 prescriptions are for internal medicine,20 prescriptions are for pulmonary diseases,mainly focusing on cough,lung carbuncle and lung flaccidity;4 prescriptions are for heart and brain diseases,mainly focusing on the stroke.There are 5 prescriptions for hepatobiliary diseases,focusing on the diseases of bulge and Jaundice,46 prescriptions for spleen and stomach diseases,which are distributed in the diseases of abdominal pain,vomiting,constipation and diarrhea,and 38 prescriptions for other diseases in internal medicine,which include blood,sweat,fever and fatigue,etc.Surgical 11 square,including the carbuncle 4 square,Scrofula Leprosy 4 square,head,larynx,Tooth 1 square.Department of Gynaecology 19 square,including by seeking to adopt 2 square,under the disease 5 square,Metrorrhagia and leakage1 square,pregnancy 3 square and postpartum disease 8 square.Pediatrics23 square,the newborn meconium not under 3 square,children abdominal pain diarrhea 5 square,children pox 12 square,children chancre plot 3square.Conclusions:In the dietotherapy prescription,soup,pill,cake,soup,porridge,paste and other dosage forms are complete and rich in styles.Yujiayan used pig kidney and qini decoction to treat thirst,;almond radish pill to treat cough,and Fanchi Gao to treat infantile diarrhea;Chen Dangwu used secret Jiyin decoction to regulate the meridians and prepare pregnancy,and mung bean porridge to clear heat and throat;Li duo used Qiongyu Gao to treat chronic cough.When using drugs,we should consider the physical characteristics of different groups of people to formulate dosage forms,such as children’s drug resistance.Sending drugs to food can effectively reduce drug resistance,such as Fanchi Gao,Sandou San,Feier Gao,etc;The old people often suffer from deficiency of body and poor appetite.The food therapy prescriptions often use porridge and plaster to increase the drug absorption rate,such as Maren Suzi porridge and Shenzhu Gao.In a word,dietotherapy,as a long-standing traditional Chinese medicine treatment method,has important guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of modern diseases and the maintenance of body health.Studying the dietotherapy contents in the representative works of Xujiang in Qing Dynasty can not only reveal the historical significance and modern application value of dietotherapy prescriptions in local medicine,but also provide experience and reference for inheriting and carrying forward Xujiang dietotherapy culture. |
