Research Of Xujiang Physician Gong Tingxian's Thoughts Of Treatment On Emergency Syndrome

After undergoing development for more than 2000 years,Xujiang Medicine is deeply rooted in the Jiangxi culture and becomes a gorgeous local medical group.Among them,the skilled and professional doctor-Gong Tingxian must be mentioned who is regarded as one of the ten famous doctors in the ancient times of Jiangxi.Moreover,his writings and masterpieces cover various clinical branches with rich academic thoughts.He is especially good at syndrome and therapeutic principles for emergency symptoms,which is great significance for further study.This article is based on “Gong Tingxian Medical Book”,“Wan Shi Hui Chun”,“Shou Shi Bao Yuan”,“Apricot Fairy Square”,“Yunlin Shenyi”,“Ancient and Modern Medicine”,“Ji Shi Quan Shu”,“Children's Tuina Secrets”,“Lufu Forbidden Party”8 representative works for the research object,with the “Chinese medicine emergency medicine”edited by Ren Jixue as a reference[1],according to the emergency content of Gong's works according to internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,Pediatrics and ENT are sorted and sorted out,and the thoughts of Gong's emergency syndrome are analyzed and summarized from the aspects of the pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and prescription of diseases,thus enriching the academic thoughts of Minjiang Medicine and providing reference for the diagnosis and treatment of modern Chinese medicine emergency.Through systematizing gong's thought of treating acute diseases and syndromes,the author thinks:(1)gong's deep understanding of classics,especially the internal classic,imitates each family,learns from others,and has a deep understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of acute diseases and syndromes in each department.(2)Gong Tingxian clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment,flexible,the use of moxibustion method,blowing nose method,vomiting method and other external treatment to emergency,emergency and then syndrome differentiation treatment,with internal treatment,internal and external use,complement each other;(3)Gong Tingxian sent in the emergency treatment within the party is diversiform,and the basis of predecessors,in their inspection,increase or decrease in cutting,created the new process,such as attending stroke blinded judgment,speak not clear god of title,soup,attending dizziness dizzy clear phlegm decoction,attending vomiting blood,nosebleed,blood syndromes,haemoptysis,salivary blood raw drink,attending typhoid plague second st bitter pill;(4)Gong Tingxian in the first aid external treatment method,especially good moxibustion method,select points fine and less,the method is diverse,such as moxibustion with garlic,moxibustion with ginger,etc.,easy to draw materials,simple operation,reliable curative effect,clinical practicability.In a word,Gong Tingxian has a profound understanding of acute diseases,accurate and subtle differentiation of symptoms and signs,and uses many effective methods,which are rich and colorful.Gong's thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment of acute diseases is rich,and it has great clinical value.It is worth exploring and discussing by modern Chinese medicine emergency workers.
