| Objective: The purpose of efficacy study of xujiang xieshi evaluation Nasal Drugs on Chronic Rhinosinusitis is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of chronic rhinosinusitis through nasal medicine,to explore the mechanism of nasal medicine,and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of this therapy.The xujiang xieshi evaluation Nasal Drugs on Chronic Rhinosinusitis with clinical diagnosis and treatment expands the content of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and promotes the optimized treatment plan of the characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine,with a view to popularizing efficacy study of xujiang xieshi evaluation nasal drugs on chronic rhinosinusitis as suitable technology.Methods: 60 patient of the schronic rhinosinusitis meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into groups according to the order of diagnosis and treatment,30 patient of the schronic rhinosinusitis in the treatment group and 30 patient of the schronic rhinosinusitis in the control group.The treatment group of the schronic rhinosinusitis used extremely fine powder made of Chinese herbal medicine pieces.A dry cotton ball about 2mm larger than the nostril was wrapped with 1g of medicine powder and stuffed into the nasal cavity.In the control group of the schronic rhinosinusitis,Naton(nasal spray with celoxazoline hydrochloride)was kept dry for later to treatment of schronic rhinosinusitis.The treatment group: Chinese medicine decoction pieces(12g of Baizhi,3g of Xixin,10 g of Xinyi,12 g of Chuanxiong,10 gof Yunaoshi,15 g of Changpu,3g of Bohenao,6g of Binpian),made into 150 mesh fine powder,put into a seal Save the bottle.When using it to treament the schronic rhinosinusitisto,use a dry cotton ball about 2mm larger than the nostril to wrap about 1g of medicine powder,insert the dry cotton ball into the nasal cavity,and instruct the patient of the schronic rhinosinusitisto breathe evenly in the nasal cavity.Leave the dry cotton ball for fifteen minutes and take it out.If there is a large amount of nasal discharge in the nasal cavity of the patient of the schronic rhinosinusitis,replace the dry cotton wool ball to the patien of the schronic rhinosinusitisonce once.Patients of the schronic rhinosinusitis may have a sense of nasal patency,cooling and awakening,once a day,a course of seven days,and two times a day when the symptoms of schronic rhinosinusitis are severe.The patients of the control group of the schronic rhinosinusitis: Norton(Xylazoline Hydrochloride Nasal Spray)(5mg*10ml*1 bottle / box,National Medicine Standard H19991392),nasal spray,once a day,discontinued after continuous use for four days three Days,four consecutive weeks.The patients of the schronic rhinosinusitis in the control group and the patients of the schronic rhinosinusitis in th treament group involved in this trial study were established in accordance with the "Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine Clinical Guidelines",which were recorded the major symptom score of the schronic rhinosinusitis,the secondary symptom score of the schronic rhinosinusitis,and the sign score of the schronic rhinosinusitis before treatment,two weeks after treatment,and four weeks after treatment,detailing the general situation of patients with schronic rhinosinusitis,the major symptom score of the schronic rhinosinusitis,the secondary symptom score of the schronic rhinosinusitis,and the sign score of the schronic rhinosinusitis will strictly according to the grading and quantification of each symptom and sign.Results: The major symptom score of the schronic rhinosinusitis,secondary symptom score of the schronic rhinosinusitis,and sign score of the schronic rhinosinusitis of the control group and the treament group of the schronic rhinosinusitis of subjects before and after treatment were significantly different,indicating that the two therapies of the schronic rhinosinusitis have different degrees of efficacy.However,the therapeutic effects of the control group and the treament group of the schronic rhinosinusitis are compared.The clinical efficacy of nasal cavity medicine for chronic rhinosinusitis is better than the clinical efficacy of nasal spray for chronic rhinosinusitis.In the short-term efficacy,the clinical efficacy of nasal spray for chronic rhinosinusitis is better than the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal cavity medicine,but the dependent use of nasal sprays can easily lead to irreversible pathological changes in the nasal mucosa.From the perspective of long-term efficacy,The patients of the treatment group with chronic rhino-sinusitis with xujiang xieshi evaluation Nasal Drugs is better than the patients of the treatment group with chronic rhino-sinusitisof nasal spray.The patients of the schronic rhinosinusitis in the control group and the patients of the schronic rhinosinusitis in th treament group did not experience allergic reactions,pain,and infection at the application site before and after treatment.The patient of treatment group and the patients of the treatment group with the schronic rhinosinusitis in this trial(efficacy study of xujiang xieshi evaluation nasal drugs on Chronic Rhinosinusitis)were grade Ⅰ.Conclusion: Xujiang Xieshi nasal medicine is a new type of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for nasal mucosal diseases.the method of xujiang xieshi evaluation Nasal Drugs on Chronic Rhinosinusitis is safe,cheap,efficient,quick to absorb,and easy to operate.The method of xujiang xieshi evaluation Nasal Drugs on Chronic Rhinosinusitis isapplied to chronic nose-Sinusitis not only dispenses with systemic administration and avoids the side effects of western medicine,but also the method of xujiang xieshi evaluation Nasal Drugs on Chronic Rhinosinusitis has many advantages,such as simple operation,safe therapy,acceptable results,no pain,no trauma,and no systemic medication.The method of xujiang xieshi evaluation Nasal Drugs on Chronic Rhinosinusitis is an acceptable treatment at all ages.The method of xujiang xieshi evaluation Nasal Drugs on Chronic Rhinosinusitis helps to improve the quality of life of patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice. |
