Research purposesThe purpose of this topic is to explore the clinical observation of the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy of colorectal cancer with Sheng Bai Fang,the experience of Mr.Xu Jingshi.New options for clinical treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy of colorectal cancer.Research methodIn this study,84 patients with colorectal cancer from the Oncology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into 42 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the treatment group.During the observation period of the control group,oral diyushengbai tablets 0.2g tid was taken every day,and the treatment group was given Shengbaifang on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The observation course was 20 days.During the observation period,if the patient has severe leukopenia(white blood cell count<2.0×10~9/L,neutrophil count<1.0×10~9/L),rh G-CSF will be given immediately for whitening treatment,and the next record of related physical and chemical indicators will not be included Statistical Analysis.Before chemotherapy and on the 3rd,7th,10th,14th,and 20th days after chemotherapy,the WBC and NE value levels and changes in the rising and falling trends were compared between the two groups.At the same time,the leukopenia grades of the two groups were compared(day 7 and 10 after chemotherapy)and whitening effect(from the 10th day to the 20th day after chemotherapy).Taking into account the observation and comparison of the two groups of related nutritional index values(TP,Alb,PA,Hb),TCM syndrome scores and efficacy,and KPS scores.Research result(1)Main indicators:(1)The initial WBC and NE values of the two groups were not statistically different,and were clinically comparable(P>0.05);(2)The WBC and NE values of the two groups decreased on the 4th day of chemotherapy,and statistics showed no difference(P>0.05);(3)On the 7th day of chemotherapy,the WBC and NE values of the two groups further dropped.The WBC and NE counts of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the decline trend was slower than that of the control group,but the white blood cells of the two groups There was no statistical difference in the reduction distribution(P>0.05),and they were all concentrated in the leukopenia of degree I and II;(4)The WBC and NE levels of the two groups fell to the lowest on the 10th day of chemotherapy,and the WBC and NE values of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);At the same time,there was a significant difference in the distribution of leukopenia between the two groups(P>0.05).The leukopenia in the treatment group was concentrated in degrees I and II,which was better than the control group;(5)The WBC and NE values of the two groups on the 14th and 20th day of chemotherapy all recovered compared with the previous period.The upward trend of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group,and the recovery value was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of whitening in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);(6)Comparison within the group:chemotherapy on the 20th day,the treatment group could recover to the initial white blood cell level(P>0.05),while the control group was lower than the initial level(P<0.05).(2)The total protein(TP),albumin(Alb)and prealbumin(PA)of the treatment group after treatment were higher than those of the control group before treatment and the same period(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in hemoglobin Hb between and within groups(P>0.05).(3)The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups before treatment are clinically comparable(P>0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the Shengbaifang group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 71.4%better than that of the control group 40.5%(P<0.05).(4)There was no difference in KPS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 course of treatment,the KPS score and efficacy of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of people in the treatment group increased and stabilized was more than that in the control group.In conclusionShengbai prescription combined with Diyu Shengbai tablets group can significantly prevent severe leukopenia after chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer,speed up the recovery of white blood cells,restore the initial level,and ensure the next cycle of chemotherapy;Shengbai prescription It can significantly improve some indicators of patients’nutritional status,improve chemotherapy tolerance,and further prevent the occurrence of leukopenia after chemotherapy;Shengbai Decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndromes and KPS scores of patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy,reduce discomfort syndromes,and improve patients Quality of Life.
