| Objective:Based on the correlation between Jingqi Shengbai Decoction in treating of Leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy of colorectal cancer clinical Observation, to evaluate its curative effect of Jingqi Shengbai Decoction in treating of Leukopenia, and the improvement of the corresponding symptom, to observe the clinical effect of Jingqi Shengbai Decoction in treating of Leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy of colorectal cancer.Methods:62cases of the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with31cases in each group, the treatment group used Jingqi Shengbai decoction, the control group were given western medicine Leucogen+Vitamin B4+Batyl alcohol, treatment for3weeks. Before treatment and after treatment were recorded the count of white blood cell, the integral of TCM syndrome and the score of KPS. And recorded the adverse reactions, the concrete manifestation and treatment measures during treatment. Normal diet during the treatment, in addition to treatment in this test method selected, other related drugs and treatment methods were all disable.Results: 1, TCM syndromes integral:comparison before and after the treatment group, the treatment group and the control group of TCM syndrome integral are there was a significant improvement (P<0.05);the treatment group compared with the control group after treatment group, the improvement of Chinese medicine symptoms had significant difference (P<0.05).2, KPS score:compared the two groups before and after treatment, the treatment group had significant difference (p<0.05), while the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05); after treatment, there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05).3, The total effective rate:treatment group total effective rate was93.55%, and74.19%in the control group, the total curative effect between the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jingqi Shengbai decoction can treat the Leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy of colorectal cancer, and the therapeutic effect compared to western medicine better, safer. And can obviously improve the corresponding symptom, can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life. |
