The Chemotherapy Efficacy And Prognosis Analysis Of Stage ?B-? Colorectal Cancer Treated By Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu Recipe

Objective:This paper is mainly to observe curative effect,the quality of life,Economic advantages and survival prognosis of patients with stage ?B-? colorectal cancer who have ever accepted Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu recipe combined with chemotherapy based on clinical database.It also explores the independent factors influencing the survival time of patients to provide the basis for clinical practice.Methods:Collect clinical case that Patients hospitalized in TCM oncology department in An hui Provincial Hospital between January 1,2010 to January 1,2017,with advanced colorectal cancer(?B-?)treated by Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu recipe combined with intravenous chemotherapy.Observe the efficacy,security,living quality,CER,ICER,PFS and OS.Set up the survival curve and explore the single factor analysis of OS.In the end,find out the possible influence factors of them by the multiple factor analysis.Results:1.Curative effect: After 2 cycles of treatment,2 patients evaluated CR,12 patients evaluated PR,30 patients evaluated SD,effective rate is 25.93%,disease control rate is 81.48%.In the end of the treatment,0 patient evaluated CR,19 patients evaluated PR,28 patients evaluated SD,effective rate is 35.19%,disease control rate is 87.04%.2.Security: 54 patients have low ?°-?° side effects(myelosuppression,gastrointestinal reaction,diarrhea and neurotoxicity)accomplish therapeutic process successfully,low occurrence rate of untoward effect,which slight degree,and none of them appear Chemotherapy related to death.3.The quality of life: After 2 cycles of treatment,life quality improvement rate is25.93%,life quality stable rate is 68.52%.In the end of the treatment,life qualityimprovement rate is 31.48%,life quality stable rate is 50%.Through treatment of TCM,most patients' living quality was Stable.4.Cost and Cost-Effectiveness rate: Cost-Effectiveness rate of effective rate is369.8,Cost-Effectiveness rate of TCM is 8.74.5.PFS : The median PFS of the 54 cases patients with advanced colorectal cancer is 7.160±0.451 mouths.6.OS and the influence factor: The median OS of the 54 patients is 15.070±2.323 mouths.Survival rate of one-year is 59.25%,survival rate of two-years is 46.29%,survival rate of three-years is 25.93%,survival rate was more than 4 years is 9.26%.Multiple-factor analysis showed that the site of pathological changes,position of viscera metastasis and Intervention time for Chinese medicine(P<0.05)are the independent factors of the median OS.Conclusion:1 Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu recipe combined with intravenous chemotherapy therapy not only improve the clinical benefit rate,but also the quality of life.It is reduce side effect of chemotherapy.Which is a Low toxicity,inexpensive and effective treatment.2.The median PFS of the 54 cases patients with advanced colorectal cancer is7.160±0.451 mouths,The median OS is 15.070±2.323 mouths.Visceral metastasis is a risk factor for OS.While the intervention time of traditional Chinese medicine is the protective factor of advanced colorectal cancer.
