Objectives:By investigating the outbreak at Silihe District in Hefei in Anhui province chronic non-communicable diseases(Non-communicable diseases,NCD)in patients with management present situation,the main contents include the prevalence of slow disease patients with high blood pressure,diabetes,control,etc.,which discuss the outbreak slow disease management status under the background of the main influence factors,to come to the conclusion that under the background of slow disease epidemic management experience.Methods: By collecting at Silihe District in Hefei in Anhui province during January2019 and January 2021 residents electronic information files,Epi Data 3.1 is adopted to establish the database,in order to ensure the data entry,real and effective data for double entry,selected from the database has been in the community hospital or general hospital diagnosed hypertension Diabetes(Diabetes Mellitus,DM)patients,calculated to slow disease prevalence rate control,and statistical analysis Through the computer digital method at the same time,from January 2020 to January 2021 in a random sample of 200 patients in patients with slow disease to Depression since the Scale(Self-Rating ’Scale,SDS)since the Anxiety Scale(Self Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)and print the questionnaire investigation,statistical analysis and sums up the result of the investigation,which summed up the slow disease health management under the background of the outbreak situation factors.Results: 1.A total of 31,742 people were included in the study interval(January 2019 to January 2020),and most of the patients with hypertensive diabetes were over 50 years old,of which there were 1,654 hypertensive patients,accounting for 86.5%;572patients with diabetes,accounting for 86.8%;2.A total of 34,201 people were included in the study interval(January 2020 to January 2021),among which the patients with hypertensive diabetes were mostly in the population over 50 years old,of which there were 1662 hypertensive patients,accounting for 83.1%;612 patients with diabetes mellitus,accounting for 84.8%;2.In the study interval,from January 2019 to January2021,the prevalence of hypertension patients at Silihe District in Hefei in Anhui province decreased from 6.02% to 5.84%,and the prevalence of diabetes patients decreased from 2.14% to 2.11%;3.In the study period,from January 2019 to January2021,the control rate of hypertension patients in Silihe Community of Hefei City decreased from 52.93% to 44.62%,and the control rate of diabetes patients decreased from 37.53% to 30.89%;4.By SAS,SDS anxiety depression since the scale from the scale and print the questionnaire investigation,summarizes the background of slow disease epidemic management status of influence factors include: way to go to a doctor(a family doctor We Chat consulting network consulting hospital 12.9% 27.3%34.8%)psychological factors and self management factors(physical examination and consulting limited drug treatment interruption Dosage not synchronized adjust outdoor sports lack of increased risk of infection routine and other diet changes,etc.)Conclusion: 1.The epidemic has a negative impact on the management of chronic diseases,mainly reflected in the decline of the post-epidemic control rate of patients with chronic diseases;2.In the context of the epidemic,although the access to medical treatment is diversified,there are limitations of monitoring indicators and lack of standardization of self-monitoring in patients with physical examination,which are the factors affecting the management of patients with chronic diseases.The epidemic causes anxiety and depression of different degrees to most patients,which is an important factor affecting the management of patients with chronic disease.In the context of epidemic,due to the limited medical resources,self-management is an important factor affecting the management of patients with chronic diseases,mainly reflected in the physical examination and consultation of limited drug treatment,interruption of medication dose and other aspects of the synchronization adjustment...
