Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Through meta-analysis to study the relationship between neutrophils/lymphocy-tes(NLR),platelets/lymphocytes(PLR),mean platelet volume(MPV),red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)in the blood analysis set,as well as the development of the disease The possible role in the process will provide relevant evidence and ideas for further combining the above indicators with the Epworth Sleepiness Scale for use in outpatient or primary hospital screening for OSAS and follow-up research after treatment. Methods:A systematic search of 6 databases including Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase and Pub Med,CNKI,and China Wanfang Database, screened documents based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, and evaluated the quality of the documents using the Newcastle-Ottawa scale based on heterogeneity The situation chooses fixed-effects model or random-effects model. If there is heterogeneity,it is divided into mild, moderate, and severe according to the degree of OSAS.Subgroup analysis is carried out,and sensitivity analysis is performed to eliminate heterogeneity.P<0.05 indicates statistical significance. Results:After screening,a total of 25 articles were included, mainly composed of retrospective studies,cross-sectional studies, and prospective studies.A total of 5143 people were included.Among them,18 studies on the correlation between NLR,PLR,RDW,MPV and OSAS were included. There were 4784 people. There were 10 studies on the changes of NLR,PLR,RDW,and MPV before and after treatment in OSAS patients, with 710 people included. In the study of the correlation between NLR,PLR,RDW,MPV and OSAS: NLR indicators are included in 7 studies, and the aggregated WMD is 0.46,95%confidence interval is [0.41,0.52],I~2=96%,P<0.00001;PLR indicator Included 7studies,WMD 17.98 after aggregation,95% confidence interval [16.69,19.27],I~2=94%,P<0.00001;RDW index was included in 11 studies,WMD 0.78 after aggregation,95% confidence interval was [0.56,1.01],I~2=85%,P<0.00001;MPV indicators were included in 9 studies,WMD after aggregation was 0.52,95%confidence interval was [0.24,0.79],I~2=96%,P=0.0003,but subgroup analysis showed light Degree group P=0.28>0.05;the meta-analysis results of NLR,PLR,RDW,MPV groups are all statistically significant, and are positively correlated with the severity of OSAS.NLR,PLR,RDW,MPV in the study of changes before and after treatment in OSAS patients: NLR,PLR,RDW indicators are not statistically significant.MPV indicators were included in 8 studies,WMD-1.02 after aggregation,95% confidence interval [-1.98,-0.06],divided into 3 months and 6 months according to treatment time for subgroup analysis, sensitivity analysis to remove heterogeneity Later, all subgroups were P<0.05,which was statistically significant, suggesting that MPV decreased significantly after treatment in OSAS patients. Conclusion:NLR,PLR,RDW,MPV may be potential indicators for evaluating the severity of OSAS patients;MPV can be used as potential indicators for follow-up of patients with severe OSAS after treatment.
