Objective:To investigate the platelet aggregation rate(PAR)and platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR),neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),mean platelet volume to lymphocyte ratio(MPVLR).In order to clarify the relevant parameters that affect platelet function in non-pathological state, combined with the results of previous studies, further analyze and clarify the etiology of platelet function changes in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)pathological state, and provide a theory for better reducing and preventing the occurrence of clinical thrombotic events in accordance with.Methods:1.190 healthy volunteers were randomly selected from blood donors.According to the PLT level,it is divided into three groups:<200×10~9/L,blood routine was tested. The PAR was measured by turbidimetry using arachidonic acid(AA)and adenosine diphosphate(ADP)as inducers, and the PLR,NLR and MPVLR values were calculated.2.The correlation between ADP-induced platelet aggregation rate(PARADP),AA-induced platelet aggregation rate(PARAA),and MPV,PDW,PLR,NLR,and MPVLR was analyzed by Pearson correlation method.Means±standard deviation(X±S)were used to describe the above indicators of the three groups, and one-way analysis of variance was used for comparison. If there were statistical differences between groups,Bonferroni was used for pairwise comparison. The inspection level is 0.05.Results:PLT was positively correlated with PARADP and PARAA(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficients were 0.329 and 0.217,respectively.MPVLR and NLR have no correlation with PARADP and PARAA.Through comparison between the groups,it was found that the difference in NLR between the three groups was not statistically significant(P=0.485>0.05),and the differences in levels of PARADP,PARAA,PLR,MPV,PDW and MPVLR were statistically significant(all P<0.05)With the increase of PLT level,PARADP,PARAA,PLR showed a gradual upward trend, and MPV,PDW and MPVLR showed a gradual downward trend.Conclusions:1.PLT in healthy people significantly affects PAR and has a greater effect than other platelet parameters. With the increase of PLT,PAR increased.2.Changes in NLR and MPVLR do not affect PAR.3.With the increase of PLT,MPV,PDW and MPVLR gradually decreased. There is no correlation between PLT and NLR.
