Objectives This study aimed to evaluate the value of NLR,NLR and RDW as markers to monitor disease activity in antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA)-asso ciated vasculitis,(AAV).Methods A retrospective case–control study involving 67 Patients with AAVand 50 healthy controls was performed. We compared the NLR,NLR and RDW between patients and healthy controls, and also analysed the correlations between NLR,NLR RDW and indices of AAV disease activity. Results Increased NLR,NLR and RDW were observed in patients with AAV.,especial in active patients. The AAV patients had higher renal pathological activity index(active index)in the active group, and cresent glomerulus, capillary fibrous necrosis are more likely to appear.NLR was positively correlated with hs-CRP(r=0.289,p=0.019),AI(r=0.324,p=0.026)and BVAS2003(r=0.326,p=0.008).PLR also exhibited a positive relationship with ESR(r=0.293,p=0.020),hs CEP(r=0.419,p=0.001),AI(r=0.390,p=0.007)and BVAS2003(r=0.357,p=0.003).RDW also exhibited a positive relationship with BVAS(r=0.319,p=0.009).A NLR level of 3.34 was shown to be the predictive cut-off value for AAV(sensitivity 83.3%,specificity 61.1%,area under the curve(AUC)=0.743).A PLR level of 156.25 was shown to be the predictive cut-off value for AAV(sensitivity 83.3%,specificity 50.0%,area under the curve(AUC)=0.677).A RDW level of 0.155 was found to be the predictive cut-off value for AAV(sensitivity 50.0%,specificity 69.4%,AUC=0.600).Conclusions NLR and PLR could be useful markers to reflect inflammation and disease activity in patients with AAV,RDW is need more study to evaluate if could be used to reflect disease activity in patients with AAV.
