With the increasing number of drugs many new types of drugs are emerging,and more and more people are driving or forced to be contaminated by drugs.Once touch,and never quit.Detoxification have always been a common problem in the world.China has taken strong compulsory measures for detoxification,which has irreplaceable benefits for maintaining social harmony and stability.But with the increasing number of drug addicts,the detoxification Institute is facing unprecedented pressure.The education of drug addicts is in low level,and the mental adjustment ability is poor as well.The physical and mental illness of drug addicts caused by drugs cannot be correctly accepted and solved,resulting in the worsening of their physical and mental health problems.The recovery of physical and mental health is one of the key points for the drug addicts to succeed in quitting the drug addiction,which has been acknowledged by a large number of detoxification workers and researchers.The drug addicts generally have strong negative emotions because of the monotonous environment of compulsory isolation detoxification institute and the disease has been caused by drug abuse.Many studies have found that the rate of depression of drug addicts remained high.Depression can lead to a series of physical and mental diseases such as impaired cognitive function,autonomic nervous disorder,body disorder and so on.In addition,many studies have also found that the rate at eating disorder co-occurring with depression is high.Eating disorders have become the second highest fatality rate in the world,which seriously endangers the health of the patients.For ages,diet is the way of reproduction,food problems can affect the health of a person,especially the resistance to different diseases.Drug addicts are severely damaged by drugs,and the road to quit drugs will only be worse if the serious physical and mental illness is corroded.The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the degree of depression and the occurrence of eating disorders in compulsory detoxification institute in Sichuan province.The depression and eating problems of drug addicts were improved through t DCS intervention.The first part of this article is to investigate the relationship between the severity of depression of drug addicts and the condition of eating disorders.In this study,the prevalence of depression was 74%.Among them,mild depression accounted for 33.9%,moderate depression accounted for 35.2%,severe depression accounted for 4.9%.The results showed that the severity of depression was significantly correlated with eating disorders.The second part is to explore the effect of intervention ondepression and eating status by using t DCS stimulation to study the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC)of drug addicts with severe depressive tendency.Our results confirm that after a period of DLPFC intervention,the depressive symptoms of severe depressive drug addicts were relieved and their co morbidities eating disorders were improved significantly.The results showed that t DCS stimulation may change the specific brain regions of drug addicts,and relieve their symptoms of depression and eating disorders through stimulating intervention,which has a positive effect on their physical and mental recovery.
