Research purposes:Through a 17-week exercise prescription experiment, this paper analyzes the physical form, physical quality, physical function and drug craving data of female drug addicts before and after the experiment, and explores an effective exercise prescription implementation method for physical rehabilitation training of drug addicts,so as to make the physical rehabilitation training of drug addicts more scientific and standardized, summarize and analyze the effects and effects of the prescription on drug addicts, and provide research support for the application of reliable and effective exercise prescription for physical rehabilitation activities of drug addicts in drug addiction treatment centers.Research objects and methods:In this study,60 female drug addicts in the consolidation phase of the Inner Mongolia Women's Compulsory Isolation Drug Addiction Treatment Center were selected and randomly divided into 30 experimental groups and30 control groups. The experimental group received exercise intervention designed according to exercise prescription for 60-90 minutes three times a week: aerobic exercise is the main part,self-weight resistance training and physical fitness training are the auxiliary parts, and small-scale competitive competitions aiming at proper sports games and physical fitness training are conducted during the training to adjust the training participation of experimental personnel. The control group received routine reform-through-labor and withdrawal activities in the drug rehabilitation center without exercise intervention.Excluding the influence of the changes in the situation of some drug addicts under compulsory isolation, the transfer of personnel and the later criminal investigation, the experimental data of 26 people in the experimental group and 27 people in the control group were collected. The experimental data include recording the basic information of the experimental personnel, including name and age,and the test results of the physical form, physical quality, physical function and drug craving of the experimental personnel in the middle and late stages of the experiment. After collecting the data,Excel was used to establish the experimental database,SPSS 19 was used to analyze the data.the processing result was expressed by mean standard deviation(?X±S).chi-square test was used to test whether the experimental data conformed to the normal distribution.when the data conformed to the normal distribution, paired sample t test was used to carry out intra-group comparison, and independent sample t test was used to carry out inter-group comparison.p < 0.05 indicates that the change has significant statistical significance,p < 0.01 indicates that the change has very significant significance.Research results:1.The basic situation of the experimental group and the control group was compared before the exercise prescription was implementedBefore exercise intervention, there was
