ObjectiveThis topic explores the distribution of syndrome elements in the stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease under different nutritional conditions, and compares their differences,so as to provide a more objective basis for the TCM syndrome differentiation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, with a view to providing clinical treatment of the disease Theoretical basis.MethodThis study collected 120 patients diagnosed as stable COPD in the outpatient department of our hospital.Collect basic population data,four-diagnosis information, and Mico nutrition assessment form(MNA)information.According to the MNA table,it is divided into a normal nutrition group(MNA score> 23.5)and a non-nutrition normal group(MNA score ≤ 23.5).The non-nutrition normal group is further divided into a nutritional risk group(23.5 ≥ MNA score ≥ 17)and a malnutrition group(17 >MNA score).Enter the information of the four diagnoses into the syndrome differentiation software to clarify the distribution of syndromes and analyze the differences under different nutritional conditions during the stable period of COPD.The result1.In this study, there was no statistically significant difference in gender and age distribution between the normal nutrition group and the non-nutrition group, the nutrition risk group and the malnutrition group(P>0.05);but in general, the age distribution of each group was The elderly are mainly.2.The characteristic distribution of syndrome elements in each group: the main disease elements of the normal nutrition group are in the lung, kidney, and the surface, the main disease elements are Qi deficiency, phlegm, and dampness;the main disease elements of the non-nutrition normal group are the lung, kidney, and dampness. In the spleen, the main disease factors are phlegm,qi deficiency, and yang deficiency. In the nutritional risk group, the main disease location syndrome elements are in the lung, kidney, and spleen, and the main disease syndrome elements are phlegm,Qi deficiency, and Yang deficiency;the malnutrition group main disease location syndrome elements are in the lung, kidney, and heart, and the main disease syndrome elements are in sputum.,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency.3.Comparison of the syndrome factors of each group: the normal nutrition group and the non-nutrition normal group have differences in the grade distribution of the spleen, drink,qi deficiency, and yang deficiency syndromes(all P<0.05).Nutrition risk group and malnutrition group have differences in the grade distribution of kidney, heart, yang deficiency, and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05).In conclusion1.In patients with stable COPD,under the condition of normal nutrition, the dysfunction of lung, kidney and surface is involved, and the pathological factors are mixed with deficiency and excess, mainly due to qi deficiency, phlegm, and dampness.2.COPD patients in stable phase involve dysfunction of lung, kidney and spleen under the condition of non-nutrition.The pathological factors are mixed with deficiency and excess, mainly phlegm,qi deficiency, and yang deficiency.3.The main factor of nutritional impairment in patients with stable COPD is spleen dysfunction, and the pathological factors are mainly drinking,qi deficiency, and yang deficiency.4.Kidney and heart dysfunction leading to yang deficiency and blood stasis can further aggravate the nutritional impairment of patients with stable COPD.
