Objective Discuss the relationship between nutritional status and thevarious prognostic indicators of COPD patients, and watch the correlation betweenthe lipid levels and the disease severity, to provide new ideas for the disease, the prognosis in patients with clinical evaluation and prevention methods. Methods We collect the same period were Improved and discharged afterhospitalization,80cases of patients with acute aggravating period of COPD,and collect the death of patients in the same period,2002scale numericalevaluation of the nutritional status of patients as standard, A total scoreof3or more for malnutrition in high-risk group, the total sumīš¤3formalnutrition and low risk group. To statistical analysis of the results, watchcases, the relationship with the prognosis of nutritional status. Results The study of80patients with malnutrition high-risk group45cases(56.25%), malnutrition and low risk group of35cases (44.75%),malnutritionhigh-risk group of patients in body mass index, blood cholesterol, low-densitylipoprotein, serum albumin, a second volume, average length of hospital staywere significantly different with a low risk of malnutrition group (P <0.05),blood gas analysis and blood biochemical indicators no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion To improve the nutritional status may improve prognosis ofpatients with COPD; Low body mass index, low serum albumin levels, highhospitalization days can lead to malnutrition; Improve the malnutrition of patients with COPD of total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein can improveprognosis; Malnutrition of COPD patients are more likely to occur respiratoryfailure, and respiratory failure as a type II.
