Clinical Observation Of Wang’s Baiqin Enema Recipe In Treating Damp-heat Anal Sinusitis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Wang’s Baiqin Enema Recipe on damp-heat anal sinusitis,and explore a safe and effective method for the treatment of damp-heat anal sinusitis,so as to further guide the clinic.Methods: The patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number method.The treatment group was treated with Wang’s Baiqin Enema Recipe enema;the control group received ornidazole sodium chloride solution(trade name: Nedez;specification: 100ml: 0.5g;registration number: H20040829)enema.The patients’ anal swelling,anal burning pain,anal sinus tenderness,anal sinus edema and other symptoms and signs scores were recorded before and 10 days after treatment,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared through SPSS software.Results: According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 82 patients with damp-heat betting anal sinusitis were included,of which 2 patients were lost to follow-up,3 patients withdrew due to personal matters,1 patient did not follow the prescribed treatment,and the remaining 76 patients successfully completed Observed.A total of 76 patients have finally completed the study completely,with 38 cases in each group.Before treatment,the general condition,course of disease and symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients were compared.The difference was not statistically significant and comparable.Research indicates:1.Comparison of total curative effect: In the treatment group,15 cases were cured,11 cases were effective,9 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92%;in the control group,9 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate is 76%.By rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant,and the treatment group has better therapeutic effect.(1)Anal swelling feeling: After treatment,the scores of the anal swelling feeling of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than that before treatment.The intra-group comparison P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant and significant.The comparison between groups was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It shows that both groups can significantly improve the anal swelling in patients with anal sinusitis,and the treatment group has better treatment effects.(2)Anal pain: After treatment,the anal pain of the two groups of patients was significantly improved,P<0.01 within the group,the difference was statistically significant and significant.The comparison between groups was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It shows that both groups can significantly improve the anal pain in patients with anal sinusitis,and the treatment group has better treatment effects.(3)Burning sensation in the anus: After treatment,the burning sensation in the anus of the two groups of patients improved significantly.The comparison within the group was P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant and significant.The comparison between groups was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It shows that both groups can significantly improve the burning of the anus in patients with anal sinusitis,and the treatment group has a better treatment effect.(4)Pain in the anus under the digital examination: After treatment,the tenderness of the two groups of patients during the digital examination was significantly improved compared with the previous one.The intra-group comparison P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant and significant.The comparison between groups was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It shows that both groups can significantly improve the pain in the anus of patients with anal sinusitis during digital examination,and the treatment group has better treatment effects.(5)Anal sinus edema: After treatment,the anal sinus edema of the two groups of patients was significantly reduced by anoscopy.The intra-group comparison P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant and significant.The comparison between groups was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It shows that both groups can significantly improve the anal sinus edema in patients with anal sinusitis,and the treatment group has better treatment effects.3.Safety comparison: There was no obvious abnormality in the safety indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion: Wang’s Baiqin Enema Recipe has a better clinical effect than ornidazole sodium chloride enema in the treatment of anal sinusitis.Wang’s Baiqin Enema Recipe has definite curative effect in the treatment of anal sinusitis,simple operation,no side effects,not easy to produce drug resistance,and can be widely used clinically.
