| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Danshao Tang suppository combined with Kunfukang Capsule in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis syndrome,to broaden the application of traditional Chinese medicine in sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,and to consider new ideas for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae,Lay the foundation for treatment.Methods: Seventy-two patients with clinical damp-heat stasis type PICD were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The treatment group was treated with Ganfu Tang enema with Kunfukang Capsule,and the control group was treated with Kangfukang capsule.Group of patients before and after treatment to improve the clinical symptoms to assess the efficacy.Results: The clinical observation showed that the total effective rate was 86.1%in 36 patients in the treatment group,the cure rate was 16.7%,the effective rate was 33.3%,the effective rate was 36.1%,the inefficiency rate was 13.9%;the control group 36 patients had Efficiency 69.4%,which cured rate of 2.8%,markedly effective rate of 16.7%,50% efficiency,inefficiency 30.6%.(P <0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: The treatment regimen selected by the treatment group and the control group can achieve good curative effect in clinical practice.However,Dan Shao Tang suppository combined with Kunfukang capsule is more effective in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis syndrome. |
