| Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of "anus fall pain Square retention enema",at the same time,the difference between the two groups was analyzed by statistical analysis,and the effect of the theory of clearing heat and dampness,activating blood circulation and removing stasis on the treatment of perianal sinusitis with damp-heat was discussed,and the aim was to provide a safe and effective way to treat perianal sinusitis with low recurrence rate.In order to better serve the patients,the study of the nature of clinical observation.Methods: According to the relevant inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria stipulated in this study,60 cases of perianal sinusitis with the standard of hot and humid were selected by random number table,the total patients were divided into two groups,the test group and the control,the two groups each 30 cases,the trial group gave the pain side of the anus(Scutellaria baicalensis 15 g coptis 10 g yellow cork 15 g Forsythia 15 g Windproof 20 g yuan hu 15 g san qi 6g codonopsis 20 g sheng ma 20 g chai hu 20 g Licorice 25g)retention enema,control group was given metronidazole sodium chloride injection 100 ml,heated to 38-40 ? retention enema.Every morning and evening 1 times,the treatment group,the control group were 14 days for 1 treatment sessions,continuous observation of 1 courses of treatment,the discontinuation of other related drugs.In the treatment process,the two groups of patients in the treatment before and after the start of treatment 7,14 days to observe the two groups of patients with the anus bulge integral,anus itch integral,anus pain integral,anus sinus congestion integral,anus sinus edema integral and symptom and sign total score,compare and analyze the curative effect difference of two groups of patients.Results: The statistics of the two groups showed that the sex,age,course of disease and clinical symptom of the two groups showed there was no significant difference and comparable between the two groups and there were truely have significant differences in clinical symptom scores(p<0.05)before and after treatment in the experimental group and control groups.Among them,30 patients were cured in 12 cases,16 cases improved,2 cases were invalid,control group 30 cases cured 7 cases,improved 16 cases,7 cases ineffective,the cure rate of the test group was 40%,the total effective rate was 93.3%,the cure rate was 23%,the total effective rate was 76.67%,and the ratio of the test was p= 0.003(P0.05),the difference of the two groups was obviousily significant.The results showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group and the control was different,and the curative effect of the anus fall pain side retention enema was better than that of Metronidazole group.In alleviating the patients ' anorectal swelling,pain and swelling of the anus,and other clinical symptoms and signs,The P value was lower than 0.05,the results of the two groups were significantly different,and the efficacy of relieving the symptoms was better than that of metronidazole group in clinical treatment,while in the course of therapy,the average course was 18.33±1.46,the control group was 21.82±1.31,by rank and test p= 0.013(P0.05)indicated that there were significant differences about the course between the two groups,statistically significant,and that the treatment of the patients with the anus fall pain was shorter than that of metronidazole group.To sum up,anus fall pain side retention enema treatment of hot and humid type of anus sinusitis effect is accurate,non-toxic side effects.Conclusion: Anal Falling Pain Decoction on the treatment of damp-heat puring downward syndrome of anal sinusitis patients via retention enema is safe and effective,it is worthy of clinical use. |
