| Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and drug safety of retention enema with Huanglian-Chushi decoction on anal cryptitis of dampness-heat pouring down syndrome, and provide more ideas and methods for clinical treatment of anal cryptitis of dampness-heat pouring down syndrome.Method: A total of 66 patients who met the relevant criteria of anal cryptitis with dampness-heat pouring down syndrome in the Second Department of Anorectal Surgery, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 33 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with Huanglian-Chushi decoction retention enema, and the control group was treated with metronidazole and sodium chloride injection retention enema.Patients in both groups were treated for 10 days. The scores of symptoms and signs,three-dimensional rectal color Doppler ultrasound scores, recurrence and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded and statistically analyzed to evaluate the comprehensive clinical efficacy and drug safety of Huanglian-Chushi decoction retention enema in the treatment of anal cryptitis of dampness-heat pouring down syndrome.Result: 1.According to the criteria of shedding, elimination and discontinuation,a total of 60 patients, including 30 patients in the experimental group and 30 patients in the control group, finally entered the study observation and analysis stage.General data(gender, age, course of disease)and each score of observed data were compared between the two groups before treatment, and there was no statistical significance between two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that all data were comparable.2.Symptom score comparison: After treatment, all symptom scores of experimental group were lower than control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);3.Comparison of physical signs scores: After treatment, scores of signs of anal sinus tenderness and anal sinus congestion and edema in experimental group were lower than those in control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),scores of signs of anal papilla hypertrophy in experimental group was slightly lower than that in control group, but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).4.Comparison of 3D rectal color ultrasound imaging findings: After treatment, the score of 3D rectal color ultrasound in experimental group were better than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of overall efficacy: After treatment, the total score of symptoms and signs of the experimental group was 2.77±3.159,and the total effective rate was about 93.33%;the total score of symptoms and signs of the control group was 5.53±3.998,and the total effective rate was about 76.67%.There was a statistical difference between the two overall efficacy(P < 0.05).6.Comparison of recurrence: the recurrence rate of experimental group was about 3.70%,and that of control group was about 30.44%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);7.Comparison of safety: No obvious adverse reactions and other serious complications were found in the two groups during the study, and the two treatment methods were safe and reliable. Conclusion: Retention enema with Huanglian-Chushi decoction can significantly improve the related symptoms and signs of patients with anal cryptitis of dampness-heat pouring down syndrome, with better comprehensive efficacy, and can reduce the recurrence rate.It is safe and feasible. |
